I’m pretty pleased with my nails I got done here. They don’t exactly go to details with the art due to limited tools but most definitely they kept it clean and super cute! If you are a person, like myself, who enjoy looking up types of nail art on IG or Pinterest and hope to get it done exactly, I suggest looking elsewhere. Read Less

I forgot my nail kit so the used a previously used disposable file and disposable buffer - which is illegal in the state of Orgeon. The salon itself is filthy and the other tools she used were dipped into sanitizer solution for about 10 minutes before she used them on me. 3 of my nails have bubbles, 2 of which have peeled. This is an awesome place. I go to Vicki and she does a flawless job, every time. Consistency is important and Vicki has been. She does all shapes of nail perfectly. i e. The coffin aka ballet slipper, the almond, stiletto, and tapered square, not to mention the usual suspects. I watched the others, who seem to do good work also. Really unhappy with today’s service. I was literally having the exact some thing done, same colour, same length and shape with tips added that was already present. I was rushed in and rushed out. The colour was needing another coat, extremely uneven, paint and dusting powder all over my skin which is still glued to my skin. Im still picking things out from under the nail. Looks like Edward scissor hands attempted to do my nails. You could tell the lady who was doing my nails just did not care about doing a good job. The last few times I have had my nails done, they have always been perfect. Thank you from my triangle shape, square shape and oval shaped nails with uneven colour. I don’t think I’ll be back. Really unhappy with my experience. Went in on Christmas Eve. Had a nail come off christmas day and another that night then went in to get them fixed yesterday and yet again another nail had just come off. I waited over an HR to be seen. And then to get told I can't get my money back to go some where else do I can actually get them glued properly and Not rushed. Read Less

Just had my nails done here with a friend. Was the worst. They rushed us in and out, barely took the time to remove the old polish and seemed to not care when we suggested both our nails were less than satisfactory. We will not be going here again. Read Less

I've been coming to this salon for 5 years now. Even though it has had a few different owners over the past few years, I've always had a great experience. Every other salon I've gone to my nails have never stayed on long and always broke and they always hurt me. Not once have I had a bad experience at Pure. Just had my pedicure and manicure done at your shop. Never again....... Had French tips done on my toes and fingers. Results were nothing but messy and sloppy - nails not completely covered with white tip, smudged, uneven and clear polish thick. Even the woman next to me was unimpressed with the job they had done on my nails. They tried redoing them again only to leave me sitting for ages to have them completed. I just found my new salon! I have been looking for a new salon for a couple of months. Yesterday I walked into Pure with a mess-- lifting tips that i had partially removed--and I walked out with perfect nails. Kevin carefully cleaned up my nails, gave me a new set and left me with thin, attractively shaped and polished nails. the shop is clean, well decorated and the staff was friendly. I am hooked.
