I booked a reservation far in advance for 5 ladies on a Saturday for a mixture of nail services. We showed up to the appointment and were met with an upfront "We have another group coming in at 5 pm". Which isn't on the customer nor should it have been shared. That set the tone for the entire appointment. The service was terrible. My friend's pedicure was done in COLD water. AND rinsed  with EVEN colder water. My other friend was given attitude for requesting a different nail shape after not being asked initially. To  have been made to feel awkward, unwanted, and almost imposing on their time was grossly inappropriate. However their day went in the salon prior to us arriving clearly shown in their eye rolls and disregard for anyone's comfort. I was so disappointed in how we were treated. Decided to try a new nail shop.  This place was great!!! Tina took the time to ask me what I wanted and what they could do for me. I brought in an internet pic of what I wanted and she told me what they could do. Anh was my nail tech and she did a  fantastic job!! I really like this nail salon! I always make an appointment when I come, but I noticed that the walk ins get serviced very quickly which is amazing. The first time I went in I got acrylics because I bite my nails to the bone and it's the only way I can get myself to stop. They quickly got started on my nails and didn't judge my nasty nails at all. I can't remember who did my nails,  it she gave me exactly what I wanted! My only complaint was that when I got my acrylics removed, the lady just pulled them off with another acrylic and I feel like it damaged my nails even worse. However, I'm not a nail expert and don't know if there is a more proper way to do it. After she took them off she gave me a nice manicure and hand massage. I will definitely be back for manicures but I don't think I'd get my acrylics removed there again. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The salon is very clean too. They take cards but you can't leave a tip on your card so be sure to bring cash (they do have an atm also). Read Less

Great place to get your nails done. I made an appointment a day in advance and was immediately helped when I arrived to my appointment. Complementary tea, water, soda and wine are offered when you walk in. They do however only except cash or credit card so be sure to have one of those. You do have to bring your own nail kit or pay a dollar to get one provided to you. ( this is new to me, never have I seen or heard that before at a nail salon.)The price isn't all that bad. I got a full set shellac almond shape and paid $45. Tina did my nails and she did an amazing job. Constantly asked and made sure that I was satisfied with the shape and style. My sister recommend them to me and I was definitely satisfied. I seriously went in and asked for one layer of clear coat to be applied to one finger and they were like we're going to have to have you wait for like 20 minutes we don't have time. One layer of clear coat to one finger never in my life have I had a nail shop tell me they don't have time to paint one layer of clear coat onto one finger. Never coming back Read Less

I think I've found my new holy grail nail salon! I've been here twice and each time I've been a walk in but they've been kind enough and able to see me within 10 minutes! AMAZING! And they offer complementary beverages like soda and wine (; Prices are very reasonable and the ladies are so sweet! These are my most recent nails (a fill) which was $31 dollars. I've been going here for so long and I've never had a problem until today I got a shellac manicure on Saturday and on Sunday my nails were already chipping. But when I called and I went in to Get my nails fixed she had clearly brush me to the side and told me she was too busy but I was already a paying customer and have been a paying customer that I should've been accommodated to instead she refused to give me my money back or fix my nails when I went in and told me that I could wait till one or tomorrow which I don't understand because I had called earlier in the morning and let her know the situation about my nails so after all the bickering with each other she finally said that she was going to take off my nail polish and then give me my money back and then she changed it up and said she would do my nails and fix them but not to get my money back but I was already irritated and felt not welcomed that all I wanted was my money back so when I told her I just wanted my money back she left my nails all unfiled and messed up with scratches all over them and gave my money back instead of taking off the nail polish and giving me my money back So unsatisfied with this place I've never had a problem with them and they've always done a great job on my nails but the only time that I say something is the only time that I've ever gotten disrespected from this place especially with the lady who has short hair and who makes the appointments and answers the phone please save yourself if they ever mess up on your nails they won't be willing to fix them or put you first like how customer service should save your time and money and getting disrespected as well Read Less

Right now, four days after getting my nails done, I shouldn't be headed to the store to buy nail glue. The first time I went here, my nails looked great, and although the shellac didn't seem to last as long it was dented and chipping after a week I figured I would give it another try and be easier on my hands.This time, my nails look pretty much like crap. I am happy to say that I may have found a reasonably priced nail salon in Beaverton that also provides quality service.Came here on a Thursday at 6.40pm to get a full set of acrylic nails. Although they close at 7pm, they were friendly, patient and hooked me up with a great set of nails. Nail technician Tina did an amazing job and was super friendly. She was knowledgeable and gave me real feedback for my nails without pressuring me to do anything like some other salons tend to do. They also offer complimentary tea, wine and water! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I wanted to get french ombre nails but they didn't have the powder for it. Considering french fades are so popular right now you'd think they'd get hype on the trend. But on a positive note, the nail technician said that they were planning on ordering the needed powder.Overall I'd definitely recommend this nail salon and plan on coming back for my fill in a few weeks. This place was great! I went with a friend and we showed up 10 mins late and they didn't have any kind of sour attitude and welcomed us kindly. The staff is great and they are very attentive. I don't usually review places but I wanted to leave a good review because I am really pleased with my nails. I haven't had fake nails in the longest time and just recently I went somewhere and the nail tech left my nails uneven, lumpy, overly thick, way overpriced, basically I ended up changing them myself.. so I was iffy getting them again BUT I love my nails from here! In person they are flawless, so even and not too thick or thin, also very good pricing to me. Loved coming here. I came here on a recommendation from my friends who have been coming here for a while.I have to say that this is probably the best acrylic Job I have ever had done. Seriously amazing service! This was my first time ever really getting my nails done. I got acrylic nails, since I bite my nails, because I was tired of my hands looking like crap. I was nervous because I've heard so many bad things about acrylics, but they did a beautiful job! I forgot to get the name of the girl who did my nails, but she got me started almost immediately, and I hadn't even made an appointment. It's two weeks later and I just made a second appointment to get a fill! Considering I have a job where I use my hands a lot and constantly are rough with them, it's crazy how well both the acrylic and the polish have held up.I would highly suggest these guys if you're new to nails, like me, or are a nail biter. I came in on Tuesday afterwork, I came in for a pedicure and a fill.  Anne seated me right away for my pedi.It was nice getting my pedi, because she was friendly and kept conversation going.   She informed me there bp pricing.   For a shellac top coat fill it was $30, which to me for a fill seemed to be quite expensive.But I came from #4 season nails in Sherwood.   I went there for Kevin but he was off.  The v lady who did my nails made them bulky and fat coffin nails,  more round than i'd like. The girl who b did my nails was Anne, she told me to b keep my coffin nails, so I did.... She fixed them and it b looked amazing.   For a first time,  id come again.
