I love getting my nails done here! They do an amazing job and they are so fast even when I walk-in without an appointment! I have never been dissatisfied with my nails as I have at other places. The staff is so nice and make you feel comfortable. From the first time I got my nails done here I knew I would never go anywhere else. I've always had a great experience coming here!  I get my nails done by John, he always makes sure the shape is exactly what I want.  I usually get solar nails, and I can wear them 2-3 weeks without them ever coming up or falling off.  Highly recommended! Read Less

I put 2 stars bc the pricing was good, but other than that I was not satisfied with my nail technician. I got a full set acrylic with their summer sale. My nail tech was a grouchy lady who barely said a word to me besides grunts when she tried to pull my hands/fingers forward. She rushed thru my polish which made it streaky and it ended up rippling bc the bottom layer wasn't dry yet. Also, she cut my nails way shorter than I had told her too, she also glued my skin down to the nails. I pushed my skin off myself and showed her the areas she needed to file again bc of my skin indents. Overall, her service was what made the experience so negative. This place is terrible. I didn't even want to give it one star. I walked in for a manicure shellac. The lady that did my nails first did not file my nails correctly, they were uneven and looked ugly. Secondly, the polish was applied cakey. Then I asked for another color and realized it was not the polish but the nail technician. Leaving the nail place the polish started peeling. The polish was all over my skin. Then I asked politely if I can come back another day since they were almost closing to change the color of my polish and have them re-do my nails since I wasn't satisfied- the response was shocking: you chose that color. Next time add another layer to it. Front desk person said come back & I'll charge you half the price. Excuse me! My nails look like crap! I never complain but this is as too much. Even my husband said they did a terrible job. Never walking into that place again! Read Less

First time coming here and got a shellac mani. Very fast and the quality is very good even though my nails were super short. And the shellac mani was only $25 and they massage your arm. Definitely will be coming back! Read Less

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING!I get it, a man that walks into your nail shop in basketball shorts, tshirt & a hat... Your first thought "what is he doing here?" My answer, I'm here for just a manicure. I sat down at 12:25pm with Ashley. I was done at 12:32pm yup only 7 minutes. I was in shock, I looked at my nails and ask if she can cut them shorter, she said it was too short. I then asked could you clean the cuticles a little more, she said it's done. She then processed to put lotion on my hands and I kid you not, less that 1 minute message on each hand and said "your done". I asked for her nail cutter and started cutting it myself.  I was so upset. Visiting from Las Vegas, I couldn't believe this was happening to me. I was referred to come here and they had great ratings on YELP. I was thinking to myself, should I just walk out of here without paying??? I didn't, in fact I went to the counter to pay and John the manager asked me "how was everything?" I told him, I'm already done... Think about it, it took 7 mins for a manicure. John was kind enough to apologize for the mistake and sat me down. He redid my whole manicure. Amazing guy. Normally I don't like guys doing my mani & pedi but I was so upset I didn't even care. I have just had my nails done there, for the second time. Previously, I had been with my former nail person, for several years and had a bad experience with someone, in between, while looking for another great place. A friend had been there and said they were very good. She was right. Vicky has done my nails both times. She is very careful and good at what she does. This last time, she was willing to get me in and stay a little later, after closing, as she knew how hard it was for me to get in, due to my work schedule. I really appreciated that. The place is clean and well kept. Both times, that I was there, there were other ladies in the salon. No one left without a smile on their face and some fabulous nails (toes and fingers). I went to Express Nails for the first time last week. At first I was only going to get a pedicure, but at the last minute, I discovered I had time for a fill and they were MORE then sweet in taking care of me. My pedi lady was ""loan"" and my nail lady ""Lan"". Both were polite and did great work. I got the Spa pedi...and for the amazing price of $35, I got a soak, hot towel wrap, sea salt scrub, buff, massage, HOT STONE MASSAGE, and paraphin wax...plus the usual nail trim/polish. Their massage chairs are VERY comfy. They also offer waxing and facials too and I am intrigued to try a facial next time I go in. Read Less

I have been going to Express Nails for pedicures for about a year now. I always leave feeling great about the way my feet look. I have never felt nervous about the cleanliness of the facility or the tools they use, and the girls have always been friendly. My only complaint is that they seem to have a very small choice of nail polish colors. I have also had manicures and have been equally satisfied with the results. Read Less
