horrible horrible service and care. despite having a 9:30 appointment i had to wait 20 minutes to start my manicure, and the lady helping me was up every 3 minutes answering the phone without any help from her colleagues. aside from that my shellac manicure has bumps on nearly every nail. will NOT be back and do not recommend. go to Moda nails just down the road for much better service. Marvelous! I've been there 3x in the last month and a half. The service is great. Mimi has done a great job with my shellac/acrylics. She takes the time and is very detailed. I like the new set up. Really unhappy with today’s service. I was literally having the exact some thing done, same colour, same length and shape with tips added that was already present. I was rushed in and rushed out. The colour was needing another coat, extremely uneven, paint and dusting powder all over my skin which is still glued to my skin. Im still picking things out from under the nail. Looks like Edward scissor hands attempted to do my nails. You could tell the lady who was doing my nails just did not care about doing a good job. Really unhappy with my experience. Went in on Christmas Eve. Had a nail come off christmas day and another that night then went in to get them fixed yesterday and yet again another nail had just come off. I waited over an HR to be seen. And then to get told I can't get my money back to go some where else do I can actually get them glued properly and Not rushed. Read Less

I have only ever came in for pedicures. They consistently come out good every time, I haven't been disappointed yet. Another thing that is consistent is that they are always running behind on appointments due to the amount of people that come in here. Which is why today I didn't even bother I just walked in.. Vivi did my pedi today and the only thing I will say that is negative is that she seemed extremely rushed! Not really personable due to this. Mind that they open at 9:30 and I was there at 9:45 to beat the rush and it still seemed like she was in a big hurry. 4 stars because ultimately the most important thing to me is that my nails come out cute. Friends referred me to this salon and have been in a few times and each time my shellac nails last about 3 weeks without chipping and love it. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, very clean, offered me a drink and helped me choose colors. Had a pedicure with hot stone and hot towel, definitely I’ll be back. Highly recommend!!!!! Read Less

This salon is fabulous!! I came upon this salon by chance after several other salons were ruining my nailbeds with the wrong products. I met Soy and she could see the problem right away. My nails are now growing stronger and healthier. The salon is clean, well designed and very open and airy. All the staff are wonderful and welcoming. I got my nails done for mother's day. I get the powder acrylic and I get them long. Three days after I broke the tip off my right hand middle finger getting my hand shut in a door :( Kevin To is the guy who did my nails. I was horrified because I had a meeting the next day and COULD NOT show up with only my MIDDLE finger nail-less!!! So I called in and they got me in right away! My nails are fixed and flawless! I have OCD about them being straight and having all if the extra filed away properly​. I can't stand hangover! So not only did he fix it but he did it free of charge! Kevin To is the BEST! Not only that he told me not to worry as I went to tip him. I insisted he accepts my tip which he did. Now ladies and gentlemen always remember to tip your nail specialist! Even if something is "on the house". Firstly most people don't even want to deal with their own nasty nails. Second they are working hard all day stuck around all of those fumes just to make YOU look good. Thirdly everyone has family or someone they care about. Not to mention bills so saying hey thanks for making me as beautiful as I feel today even if it's only a couple bucks really can mean a lot. Plus it's motivation to always do their best work! Diva Nail and Spa is a first class salon. Soy can accomplish wonders with my feet during a pedicure. She can reduce swelling in my ankles so that I can walk better and almost have a spring in my step. Although I am 89 and use a walker, I feel I can walk a mile after her ministrations. I needed to find a nail place near home that was open on a Sunday. My usual place is closed Sundays. I decided to try Diva, after reading all of the good reviews. I was able to get in same day for an appt. they do take walk-ins as well. When I first arrived, my tech was a few minutes late but it was quite busy in there. I was able to look through the shellac colors as I waited. The salon is clean, nicely organized. I had Rachel do my nails. She was fantastic. Offered me something to drink and made sure to discuss all my requests. She was quick, efficient, and was gentle with cutting my cuticles and removing my previous shellac color. Just had my pedicure and manicure done at your shop. Never again....... Had French tips done on my toes and fingers. Results were nothing but messy and sloppy - nails not completely covered with white tip, smudged, uneven and clear polish thick. Even the woman next to me was unimpressed with the job they had done on my nails. They tried redoing them again only to leave me sitting for ages to have them completed. I went to Diva after my first choice nail salon didn't have any openings, as Diva was the next closest to me. I WILL BE BACK!!! Excellent service, excellent pedicures and excellent Gel polish. I have my toes done here regularly and am typically pleased. Todays pedi was done by Tom. He did an amazing job all around. excellent massage, so pleasant and just the right amount of interaction. He asked my opinion on the length of toe nails before he proceeded ....I really liked that so I don't feel like I am being picky. The main thing is he also did a fantastic job on my toes. This is the ONLY place I go to when I'm in need of an amazing gel manicure and polish pedicure by Kim. She's amazing. She understands what you want, and won't yell at you for messing up your fresh paint job on them toes. Calling to set up an appointment is way better than expecting to walk right in and out. I used to go to progress nails and I'm so glad I walked in here one day instead. I have gone here for a few months now and have been so happy with the pedicures and shellac manis. The massages on your feet are to die for (try and get the guy) he's seriously amazing.
