Had a pedi deluxe & it was good until she said "ok let them dry" & i thought she was going to come back and have the courtesy take off my toe separators! I used to come to this place just for Tina , she is the only well trained person in this place. The lady that did my pedicure did not know how to paint my nails and she painted all my skin around , when I asked her to removed it and painted again she started to cut more and more my nail. I told her to stop and just remove the color and paint it again. She got upset and was hurting me while she was removing the color. I asked her to stop and when I asked the owner for a solution He told me that I need to wait for 30 minutes until He could paint my nails again. I told him that I was already there for an hour and I couldn't wait longer. He didn't offer me any solution. He made me pay full price for a bad pedicure without color. They’ve got lots and lots of color choices in shellac and non-shellac. They’ve got many many different dip powder/acrylic powder colors to choose from as well. All kinds of jewels and special polished, etc. I’ve been getting shellac acrylic nails from them for a few months now. Every time my nails look fantastic and I get tons and tons of compliments. They’re always busy! I’ve also gotta say their deluxe pedicure is absolutely a screaming deal for $35. You get everything that another salon would charge $50+ for. I highly suggest getting a pedicure from them. They did such a wonderful job. Only con is it’s +$10 for shellac, which turns the $35 into a not so good deal. Same with acrylic fills. Why does it almost cost the same amount to get them filled as a brand new set? Nonetheless, this place is worth their prices. They’re amazing!! Highly recommended!!! Read Less

I've been getting my eyebrows done here since I was in middle school, and to this day I drive 40 minutes every time I go to get them done here. I went to another salon once and they ruined my eyebrows. This place does them good! Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I've been getting my nails done for years. I had an appointment at 6:30 and they rushed it because they closed at 7pm. Definitely never coming back. I got the pink ombré nails with my friend and the fade was blotchy, not smooth at all. My friend came in with a broken nail and the nail tech definitely made her feel bad about her nail. I'm still a little confused about my experience. I walked in and asked for a full set and a pedicure. I was asked to come back in 15 minutes so I did. She started my nails like most nail techs do. She must have used some black market chemicals because my nails were literally on fire, now they get warm occasionally with the friction of the Dremel but this time I was shocked. (Note: I have gotten my nails done almost biweekly for 6 years) after my nails were done I looked down and saw that I was bleeding from my cuticles on both thumbs my right ring and pinky fingers and my left ring finger. Her response "your hands are dry". I use a non-alcoholic reparative lotion daily so I have my doubts about that. I expected to move over to a pedicure chair after this was over but she began cleaning up and asked for payment. When I asked about the pedicure she said it was too late. This is information I would have liked before accepting service there so I could have gone to a salon willing to do both. It's the 2nd time I've been in and I just love it! They're very professional and took very good care of me the first time I came in. My nails came out perfect again and loved the massage and waxing experience. I've been to other places before and I have never been this satisfied. I gave this nail salon a chance because it is right by my work. The first time I went I was dissatisfied and thought that maybe it was just a one off. So I went this past Friday and paid 50$ (more than most) to get acrylic nails put in. They were thick, and uneven and looked as though they had been growing out for two weeks! They also took almost two hours to do and I didn't even have time to look at them until I was in the office for work when I looked down and was horrified and embarrassed. I had to go this Sunday to get them replaced by Bridgeport Nails. I will be requesting a refund! Read Less

Love this place. They all around do a good job. I like their pedis, for being basic it's actually really nice and extensive in the treatment they give you. Only thing they need to fix is their appointment set up. Because you make a appointment and the day you show they don't have you down or record you called and made one. How hard is it to write it down? So very frustrating when you have to wait and 5 different people are walking through the door saying they have appointments too. I love aqua, the only place I go. A wide variety of shellac and regular nail polish colors. They have an awesome basic pedi for only $25 and it's still pretty extensive in the treatment you receive. Only downside here is their appointment set up. Any time I've ever made an appointment, the day I show up they have no record of that.... like what? Luckily I've never had to wait when that happens and always get right it. They can get pretty busy and be under staffed, especially on a Sunday right before Valentine's Day?! Still love them though! My nail artist was alright, although she tried to push the shellac on me when I brought my own Zoya polish in for a mani pedi. The chairs left much to be desired and the water in the foot bath was barely lukewarm! Plus they were playing the vevo bon jovi channel. Kinda interesting. No refreshments were offered to me. Love the atmosphere. I found that the ladies were conversational when they needed to be. Had waxing and shellac mani and shellac chocolate pedi. Shellac turned out great had a single bubble on both thumbs but I felt it was too late to fix and I know how to fix it at home. Waxing was, quick, painless, and efficient. Only lost a star because they forgot to put healing oil on. I thought they put it on but I felt my brows and lip in the car realizing there was no healing oil or aloe put on it. Not the best customer service. I've given them a shot before because it was convenient and it was just an okay experience. It was an overly extended drying time for my toes while the tech played around on her phone but I let that go because I wasn't in a rush. My pedi looked amazing, that I'll admit but the experience still left a bad taste in my mouth. I really wanted to treat myself to a pedi or a full set but based on my interaction with this establishment today, you are just a number. I didn't even make it in to the salon. I had called inquiring about changing my appointment from a pedi to getting a full set. That seemed to annoy the person who answered the phone who promptly hung up after making the switch. I wasn't even done asking questions. I called back, got their voicemail and left a message that I'm just going to go ahead and cancel.I've opted to wait for an opening at Fingerbang in NE PDX. Way more expensive but the reviews alone speak for themselves. I'll pay the extra money for the chance at better service.I work in the same complex as Aqua Nails and I definitely won't be going back. Absolutely loved the team here, professional, well spoken, and absolutely friendly! Both my husband and I got deluxe manicures and pedicures and it was beyond my expectations. Massages, hot stones, and nail art were amazing and definitely made us visit twice during our short visit to see family just to get pampered again. Great place - got acrylics for the first time in 10 years and they did a great job.  They left them slightly longer than I wanted but they still looked amazing.  Also, the gel polish has help up amazing, 2 weeks later and they are still perfect, no chips or uneven cuticles.  Absolutely going to make this my go-to. I called ahead of time asking if they had time for 2 full sets and they said yes so I came in and had to wait 45 minutes. She then was so rough with my hands and almost every single one of my nails was put on crooked. Then she charged me an extra $5 for the length which is NORMAL average acrylic nail length. My friend had the exact same length but different shape and she didn't get charged extra. Overall I would just never go there again. Read Less

I used to come here every week for a pedicure. I decided to return today after work to find out the usual nail tech I saw didn't work there anymore. So another lady helped me. Everything was fine until I tried to explain that I didn't like the way she painted my pinky toe all over my skin. She responded to my dissatisfaction by yelling at me.. I drive from Vancouver to Beaverton to get my nails done...so that's a testament in itself. Hanna always does a GREAT job on my nails, I have never left unhappy.  Even when I am asking for something tedious/annoying/dumb, she does it and does a great job.  They also have amazing pedicures.  I have never had an issue with quality from this salon, so I feel like the less than stellar reviews are just flukes.  I will continue to go here as long as i'm getting my nails done. I found another nail salon that really does a great job. It's very clean. I did a walk in with my friend to get a much needed pedicure. There's about a 5 minute wait and I was then seated in a chair. Tracy offered me hot tea. She was super sweet and really took her time to make sure my shellac was evenly painted. She was very friendly and did a great job. They had good background relaxing music and also do fun chevron designs. I would definitely go back. Read Less
