I used to frequent Tiffany's often, even though the first time I went I did end up with an infection. I thought, "well it's just a fluke". The last time I went, I splurged on eyelash extensions, a manicure and pedicure as we were leaving town the next day to attend a reunion in Idaho. Before leaving the shop, me eyes were very red, but as I had never had extensions before, I thought it was normal. We left very early the next morning and my eyes were getting worse. I did get eye drops but they didn't help. While I was taking my turn driving, I went blind in my right eye. We were way out in the middle of nowhere. I googled how to get rid of the lashes. It was a VERY PAINFUL 2 hours of steaming and olive oil. The next day we found an urgent care center. MAJOR eye infection. I did notify Tiffany. I was hoping for a refund but didn't get one. I will NEVER go there again. In addition to the money I paid, I had to pay over $100 for medical bills and medications, AND it took a few weeks for my eyes to return to normal. Read Less

Its the only place I go to get my nails done. It normally takes no more than an hour to go my nails, but yesterday I was first in the queue and was still there two and a half hours later. I sat for over 30 mins waiting for someone to put the acryllic on my nails. If it wasnt for two customers sitting next to me keeping me laughing I wouldve cried. I received a Shellac Manicure and a Deluxe Pedicure and I'm torn in regards to service. My pedicure was great, the technician asked if I wanted wine and really attempted to engage (despite the 2 masks she was wearing). The younger woman who did my manicure however was crass, and I'm fairly certain I saw her roll her eyes when I said "Ouch" after she cut my cuticle. Yesterday i got nude acrylics just because i wanted to be safe since ive never gotten acrylics before. I asked for a coffin shape and at first it seemed like she didnt know what she was doing but they ended up looking amazing. You do have to be pretty clear about what exactly you want, but they do a great job! I've gone here for the last 5 years and they've never cut my cuticles, always went above and beyond, and always do a beautiful job with my nails. I've been coming to Tiffany's for years... like - gosh, five or more? She does my French tips exactly the way I like them, no hesitation. She and her employees are always wonderful, and the gel nails she does for me have stayed strong, even when I've smacked my nails against a doorsill by mistake, and hard, mind you - not even a crack. If you are looking for a good pedicure or shellac manicure, do not go here.  I've tried them at least 6 times in the past year hoping it will get better if I get someone different. It doesn't seem to matter. I went here on December 23rd because they were the only place who could get me in and that should have been my first clue. I had nail polish all over my nails, and I only wanted red tips but ended up with red spots on all my nail because she didn't clean it before putting my hands under the lights to cure. The gal didn't cut my nails straight even. Before I left, I asked for my fingers to at least be cleaned off and the owner tried to fix it as she was yelling at the gal who did my nails. I was a nail bar virgin and it was my misfortune to decide to pick one of the busiest days of the year to get them done. The queue was over an hour and a halves wait to just get sat in the chair but once there i found my first experience satisfyingly good and got exactly what i asked for, square edged acrylics with glitter gel varnish. Everyone here is very sweet, loud but nice. When getting shellac or gel etc. They're amazing, but they're acrylics aren't great. They always come out a bit deformed and I end up having to file the down myself to get a normal shape. Read Less

I went here yesterday to get a gel polish. When she was buffing my nails she made five of my cuticles bleed. I didn't notice how bad they were until the end. Ten minutes after leaving one of them hadn't stopped bleeding so I went back in and was given a partial refund. I am grateful for this but the damage is already done; five of my cuticles are scabby (and sore) now so they don't look great at all, which totally defeats the point of getting a manicure. On top of this she rounded my nails and only said that's what she was doing after 4 nails and I don't like my nails rounded at all. I had a great shellac mani done by Nancy, so I took my visiting sister and mom there for mani/pedis. Another lady did my nails and it was very sloppy. Then when we were figuring out the bill Tiffany came over and talked really loud and fast over the girl who was trying to ring us up. She caused a lot of confusion and we ended up being overcharged and leaving a $40 tip. Then as we left we saw a sign on the street advertising $18 pedis which we were just charged $40 each for! I came here a few weeks ago to get a toe nail change. They were calling me honey and being very sweet up until I said I just want a color change. She talked me into a pedicure, and I just went with it up until she went to scrub my feet with the calious remove that had someone else's skin all over it. I was so grossed out and when I tried to say something she didn't understand what I was talking about. I sat their in disgust hoping I wouldn't get someone's foot fungus. Then a lady came in and they sat her in the first chair. The woman helping her got up went back to the area where I was at and dug into a garbage can all the way up to her arm pit and pulled out a used sponge. What kind of standard pedicure doesn't come with brushing off of calluses? I've had hundreds of pedicures over the years and never once skipped that. Got a shellac manicure yesterday. Place was busy, Tiffany was working on 3 different people at once. Not very good service- because she was juggling 3 people! She was also rushing, so much so that when she was trimming my cuticles she cut my thumb pretty good. Tiffany also keep complaining that my nails were short. I literally walked out of this place 5 minutes ago. Ivwant all to know that i write reviews for great service as well as for terrible service. So here I go... I asked for almond shape, did not get almond shape! Asked for a 3rd coat, she said no because it chips easily,I asked for thinner,she said no because they break easily! They told me $26 for fill, got charged $36 because 3 nails were broken. I would've paid $35 for a NEW set bit paid $36 because the couldn't simply tell me they were going to charge me for the 3 nails to get replaced! No where else do they charge for that unless the tell u they will, and if its cheaper for a new set they offer that instead. I guess she was plain lazy to do a new set! First time and last going here. I read great reviews and I moved right accross the street but next time it'll b worth making the longer drive to the location I usually go to. I took my mom in law there for a fill and manicure. Hers was supposed to be $23. They upsell everything and don't tell you how much it will be.. It ended up being $45. Kind of a difference. I just got a manicure and they kept offering more but I didn't want a snowflake since I figured they would charge me $5 or something ridiculous.. and they made me buy a file to use on me. Why would I have to buy a file? That's always been part of the service, they file your nails. The girl barely spoke any English so I think they get most people by offering things and not being up front about the costs. Been for my nails done quite a few times and loved them every time except this lot, got them done on Saturday salon was very busy and nails were rushed, every nail was shaped differently and different sizes after 3 different people worked on them! Disappointed with the whole experience. My daughter and I walked in the door and immediately had four women surrounding us, speaking a foreign language. We wanted basic pedis and manis. They talked me into shellac mani. I kept asking for prices and they'd say ,"oh, I give you this for $33. Her total $33." We paid $43 for my daughter to get her nails done, nothing special. For me they quoted $43 total but when we checked out mine was $54. I couldn't understand them, their service was less than stellar, they spoke to each other in their foreign language which felt a bit awkward, wax burned my feet horribly and I walked away feeling taken for a ride. I have 2 reviews - One for eyelash extensions in 05/2015 and one for pedicure on 06/23/15.Eyelash extension - I was intrigued and I thought they would be fun. The rep took me to the back and said it would take 30 minutes. It took well over an hour - the quality of the work was very poor. My eyelashes had clumps of hard glue and the glue was stuck to my eyelids in way that I had a stabbing sensation whenever I closed my eyes. Extremely uncomfortable for WEEKS. They were however very beautiful looking. Beauty was not worth the pain and discomfort. My eyes felt weighted down and heavy. I could tell that my eyelashes were growing out because the glue would pull on my skin. TERRIBLE experience. - that day I had a pedicure, it was wonderful and they did a great job. I definitely went back for another pedicure.06/23/15 - I went back for a pedicure. The power was out but the water worked - so they set me up expecting the power back on soon. It did come back on and everything started out great. The tech started to file my toes and she cut my little because she filed to closely. It happens once in a while - not a big deal. NEXT though - the tech was clipping my toe nails on my left foot and CUT my skin semi-deeply on the edge of the toe. She MISSED the nail. It hurt and I bled. I told her to put alcohol on my toe immediately. She then BLAMED me because "your skin is thin"... Uhhh NO, she CUT my toe. Well - since I have had good pedicures there before, I went ahead and finished. My became VERY infected by Thursday. I had to have it drained and wrapped. I am on antibiotics to take of any remaining infection. I usually don't post about bad experiences. People make mistakes and not all of my experiences with this salon have been bad. The last 2 experiences have been EXCEPTIONALLY BAD. I can no longer go to this salon. I really wanted to love it - it is in my neighborhood. Complete customer focus should be their focus. Treated myself  & my aunt to mani/pedis for my graduation. This was the first and last time I'll ever visit this place. Very rude, neither nail tech talked at all, just pointed and pushed. Poor selection of cheap polishes. This was on a Saturday afternoon and by Sunday evening my polish was chipped horribly and I did no housework or dishes, in fact nothing at all to chip my nails. My tech couldn't even be bothered to put a fan or drying light on my hands. When she finished my pedicure, she shoved my sandals on my feet without removing the toe separators! The worst part, while waiting for my nails to dry, I watched one of the techs take a set of tools to the sink and rinse them with WATER and take them back out to a new customer! They generally do a good job, but you have to be careful. There a few that are a bit sloppy. I like what they did the first time I went in. The second time they were busy and one of my nails had lines. I told them and they said "we fix it next time," not good customer service. A friend of mine gets her nails done here on the regular and they always look great, for what that's worth.Pros: open on Labor Day when I really wanted a pedicure. Great massage chairs. Excellent foot massage.Cons: the spa pedicure, which is $$ level #3 of the 4 pedicures they offer, left me with rough scratchy heels and polish around my nails. The woman next to me had their most basic pedicure, was there for the same amount of time, and her feet looked great. Cool water in the tub -- left alone to soak for 20 min. Much multi-tasking was happening, frankly a little too much. From into the chair to out of the chair was 80 minutes.Get the basic pedicure, which is I think $18 -- no need to get fancier than that. Otherwise, I think you can find a much better pedicure a stone's throw in any given direction, as this does seem to be the land of the strip mall nail shop. Read Less

Over the years I have had my nails done by many different people, but I can honestly say Tiffany is number one. She introduced me to gel nails, which aren't for everyone, but I absolutely love them. She adjusts to all of her clients likes. She remembers what I like and helps me make decisions about trying new things. I've been having Tiffany do my nails for the last 8 years, and I can't say enough good things about her, her salon, and her staff. Hi my name is Emma, I've been to tiffany's for a couple months now and I am so impressed with their work ethics. I've switched around from so many salons and none of them could do my solars or my eyebrows right! They were so JACKED UP! But then I found Tiffany's Nails from reccomendations of my friends. When I walked in, I immediately felt the peace and relaxation. The music choice is amazing and the workers there are probably the sweetest people ever and are so down to earth. Tiffany's service was AMAZING and the pedicure was wonderful. I used to go all the way to Lake Owego to get my nails done once a month, but recently i get recommend by my co worker come and try the new lady at Tiffany's Nails, after I tried her turn out it was so nice, she did a very good job on nails and toes, am very pleased here. the first time i went here, i went around 11 am and had an average experience with my pedicure. the thing i liked is that they put hot towels over your legs. after this, i've also got my underarms waxed here which was like, eh. nothing that stands them out from the crowd. however, the last time i was here, i wanted to get a pedicure. i had a different tech this time, and SHE WAS SO RUDE! she also did a HORRIBLE job at scrubbing my feet (hello, i'm paying you for that lady!) in which i asked her not just once, but twice to scrub some more. it was horrible. don't go here. they're cheap and just want you in and out the door.
