I go to see Brooke. She always remembers the colors I like and what I want to do to my hair. If I ever feel like changing it up I just give her an idea of what I like and she makes it happen. I have used her for wedding up-dos, hair cuts, colors and styling. She has stopped me from doing things that would cause excess damage to my hair or that would have probably not looked good with my shape of face. I cannot recommend her enough.Read Less

Brooke at Level 3 Salon was not only super sweet and fun to be with during my haircut and color she was extremely professional and did a great job of cutting and coloring my hair. Even though after my first visit with Brooke my hair still didn't feel quite what I wanted she allowed me to come back in the following week for a re-cut and color at no charge and was extremely gracious and kind! She cuts on the conservative side so if you are needing your haircut she is the perfect person to go to for the first time and will take it slow. Color came out beautifully too! Read Less

I absolutely love this place! I drive 35 minutes just to see Rachel Hughes. She always does an excellent job and is very nice. Since I have been seeing her, my mom and 2 sisters have become her clients as well. She doesnt try to sell you product unless you ask for a suggestion. The providers are all very professional and very you walk out on a cloud. My facial from Echo yesterday was wonderful. I didn't know a facial could encompass your whole body. When she wrapped the warm towels on my feet, it was heaven. Everyone needs bodywork for good health and this salon and spa is about feeling inner as well as outer beauty. My partner and I had a great couples massage there, and even though it was both our first time getting a professional massage, we highly enjoyed it. We were lucky enough to get an appointment on the day, and were greeted by friendly staff and amazing smells. The building itself is rather confusing to navigate, but the staff helped show us around and waited for us to make sure we got to where we were supposed to be, without making us feel stressed or pressured. We even got our own locker room to get dressed and undressed in before and after the massage, which was a nice touch. The whole atmosphere, especially on the lower floor, was calm and relaxing, from the scents to the music and lighting. The massage itself was amazing, with heated massage tables to hot towels, and of course, great masseuses. They both talked quietly and asked for feedback with regards to things as pressure, which made the whole experience tailored towards our own needs and level of comfort. Would highly recommend. Simply put, best haircut I've had in a long time. Attention to detail was great. A lot of people cut hair but not many can do it very well. Tammy was the hair specialist and it was a great job. I got a pedicure here recently and it was not relaxing in the least.  The woman doing my nails was talking (practically yelling) back and forth with the woman at the front desk the whole time.  The atmosphere was not very relaxing.  The water became cold very quickly and she did not ask if I wanted it warmed up.  There was no leg or foot massage.  No one offered me anything to drink.  I do not recommend this salon. Great people, amazing prices. I just moved to the area from a bigger city and I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality and the reasonable price! They seem to have a lot available too, nails, hair, spa services. The girl who did my hair was so sweet and didn't lecture me at all about the abuse I put my hair through. It was just pleasant conversations. My only complaint was that the front waiting area feels too sterile. They need more decor, more color, something in that waiting area. I have been seeing Chelsea for my lash extensions for several years. Her eyelash skills and her friendliness are why I keep coming back, she's amazing at what she does! I have had my lashes done by other lash stylist but I feel Chelsea really brings my eyelashes to their full potential. I've had my lashes done for almost 2 years. Chelsea, does an AMAZING job with my lashes. I am always leaving happy and refreshed. She is great with giving you tips on how to take care of your natural lashes so the artificial ones stay on without infection or build up. I come to Level 3 Salon to get my eyelash extensions done by Chelsea, and I think that the salon itself is the nicest, most current salon in Albany. The stylists that work here are all so friendly and up to date on trends. What a gem!
