Absolutely horrible quality, will never come back. My daughter and I went here June 22nd at 3:30pm for a mani/pedi each. We started with pedicures and my daughter got her toes and nails done in the pedicure chair. It was her birthday on Monday so I wanted to make her feel “grown and pretty” (she’s 9). The lady got done super quick with her and she leaned over and said “mom I don’t think she likes me, she rushed and there’s nail polish on the sides of my toes”. I told her “it’s okay baby she probably just doesn’t care for kids, it’s not that she doesn’t like you as a person”. When I pointed out the polish on her toes to my nail tech, since my daughters nail tech had walked off. She made sure to have her come back to fix them. Then I got gel nails for my manicure with my nail tech suggesting I get dip powder 3 seperate times. I declined. After we left my pointer finger chipped halfway at 8pm. Then at 10am that next day my full other pointer peeled off when it got caught in my hair. So I went back to the nail place about 2pm after my errands and they apologized numerous times while fixing both nails. All my nails had chipped off by June 29th. I’m in disbelief. The last time I got gel nails (from different nail salon) I went on a cruise for a week and they lasted the ocean, and were still looking great two weeksafter the cruise. So 3 weeks total. I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary to let others know the quality and poor customer service. I paid $85 total and was sincerely disappointed with the work. Won’t be returning.

I love it here truthfully! My nails are never damaged with the dip powder which actually lasts 3 weeks like it’s supposed to

I went in today with a gift card for Christmas so I could treat myself. I spend all my time taking care of others and neglect myself so I was excited for some pampering. The lady that did my nails only spoke to me if she was trying to upsell me which I refused several times. It was slow for most of the time I was there but as she was finishing my nails, a group of girls came in so she moved a lot quicker. Once the paint was on my nails she starts telling me “you move, you move” and ushered me out of my chair with wet nails. I had to pick up my purse and shoes and stand holding them which of course ruined my nails. She never said thank you or anything and I was so upset I just left. This is terrible service and I won’t ever be back.

I went there 1 time with my sister to get my nails painted for my birthday and one of the ladies there was very RUDE she rushed through my nails and had an additive when I told her that wasn’t the color I wanted! They also have TERRIBLE customer services! My sister was watching me closely get my nails done, to make sure they did it right, and this other lady asked her to pay right on the spot before they finished the job! She also lied and said that they couldn’t accept credit cards when my sister said that’s how she was paying and they closed the machine down , and then 5 minutes later she went and did it again !! And said oh I forget that we don put the thang on until later and when the lady was done doing my nails she accidentally scraped the wet polish! She didn’t even paint over it and we ended up having to pay full price!!

I just recently moved to Yukon and tried this place out. I get gel on both my feet and hands. She did a good job on my pedicure so I didn't pay much attention when she was doing my nails. She said wash your hands and told me the amount. I looked down and about an inch of my nails were not painted. When I said something she kept saying come back tomorrow. I told her I would never come back and she needed to fix it now. She just kept saying I don't know what happened and finally agreed to paint the rest of them but if you get gel then you know it's not easy to just paint over them which is what she did so of course they were really thick and peeled off after 3 days!! I'm not sure about how good the others are in the salon but I will never go back to find out!!!

Went here to do my eyebrows and the lady who did them, did it super thin and messed up the shape. Took off the top of my eyebrow and both look completely different. I got home and wanted to cry looking at them, I have never felt so upset at how someone did my eyebrows in my life. They also were totally unprofessional considering they were talking in Vietnamese and I have Vietnamese friends so I know they were slang talking about black people, I am completely sure that I heard both ladies say medang two times. I couldn't believe what was coming out their mouths but I'm sure that they did not know I knew what they were saying because I was not Asian. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give a 0 I would. I went in for just a wax. They butchered my eyebrows. They're so uneven. They won't refund my money and now I have to figure out how to fix this.

Do NOT go here!!! They lied to my daughter and charged her 10$ more because she wanted to keep the acrylic nails long and get them cut short!!! Then they tried to say she got pink gel on her nails when I called and her nails are white with regular polish!!! They are scam artists and it's actually cheaper to go to a high end salon!!!!

I don't feel I received a deluxe pedicure. The ladies were quite nice but seemed to talk amongst themselves. I did come in with some issues, like a broke toenail, bruised leg, and ankle abrasion. I had to remind the tech every time to be careful. The polish I picked was supposed to match my gel manicure but the color chosen was a dark red/wine color. Not many color options as other places I have been to so this is probably why. I had leftover lotion on my leg and my one broken toenail, painted, looked crazy compared to the other foot. She could have shaped them the same. A different nail tech did my manicure and the end job was not very good. Had leftover polish on my fingers and the gaps between the paint and cuticle were varying lengths. They do a decent job with the eyelash extensions if you want a faux look, much like strip lashes. Great price. Stayed on quite a long time.

I got home and wanted to cry looking at them, I have never felt so upset at how someone did my eyebrows in my life. I don't feel I received a deluxe pedicure. The ladies were quite nice but seemed to talk amongst themselves. I did come in with some issues, like a broke toenail, bruised leg, and ankle abrasion.
