Terrible experience! They cut through my natural nail with the drill, kept trying to get me to buy "solar nails" which is just acrylic that they upsell to inexperienced clients to make more money. They didn't dehydrate my nails only used primer which can cause alot of nail problems. When people want to get their nails done they want a relaxing environment where they feel comfortable instead of their services to be rushed through, this is definitely an in and out place where they don't take certain precautions and don't follow the correct steps. I’ve come to Polished 4+ times now. After every appointment, about a week later, a nail breaks. It’s a different nail each time but I’ve never had any of my nails break and it’s only happened after having them done here. Every time I’ve had a broken nail, I have to pay the fee of getting it fixed and when they do fix it, it’s never reshaped to the style of my other nails. It gets left square and unfiled. My nails have come out very chunky, uneven and just completely un-uniform, every single time I’ve had them done here. I’m so disappointed because I’ve come countless times and it’s the same service each time, no matter who you have. I wish I could believe it would be better the next time but after being disappointed this long and even being referred to your top artist there, it’s just not up to my standards. Read Less

I will never get a facial or any other services from Martha. After a miscommunication with me and her I felt like she didn't handle it correctly and just felt like she was laughing about it and had an attitude. Im sad to say she pretty much ruined my whole experience there. Read Less

Terrible service and nails imperfect one sl irreg/ lumpy and gel not edge to edge on few nails. Noticed afr i got ahold of my reading glasses. I thought Don't be picky girl! Yes, but $40 and $10tip I should be picky.  Show up up wait longer bc its a fix despite preset appt. And bc I couldn't get in for 5d since service (i work full time) and wanted them all redone either-way and they hd nerve to proposition me to pay 30$. I declined. Rip off of my time 2h of 2nd trip total time drive time overall effort not including 1st appt. wouldn't mind if they at least said "sorry" as that is communicated well in all languages. Read Less

Poorly done but I didn't notice until left and had my glasses. Lumping on one and few w gel NOT edge to edge. That causes them not not last as long bc if your a RN your in water and nail portion not covered w gel gets wet retracts ea time w lifting b4 2wks. Returned they wanted to charge me to Fix thier error. All of my time wasted to return and wait even w appt bc it was fix i guess. Ended up being 2 h timeline total w travel out of my Sat off. Anyway they propositioned me to pay $30 to fix all of the nails despite the fact they all needed to be fixed because of the error. This is my favorite nail salon by far. It's so beautiful. There is a huge selection of colors in every kind of polish you can imagine. They are always on top of the latest trends before anyone else. I really liked this place. It was clean, folks were very friendly, got a glass of wine while I got my pedi, and the decor is fun. I couldn't give five stars because of two things. My pedi was great but my mani was rushed, leaving me with bleeding cuticles. The other reason for four stars was price. The basic pedi, absolutely basic, was $26. If there is a better, cleaner, more pleasant nail salon in Oklahoma City, I have not found it! This one is excellent! The manicurist are vietnamese ,as most are ,but they all speak excellent English and are also friendly and completely upscale themselves!
