Not the same since Management changed. I've been going here for two years(I enjoyed it when Elaine was managing the shop).....then I stopped when the same pedicure technicianI don't know her name but she goes outside to smoke) hurt me. Second time she "filed" a spot on the back of my heal until it bled. I pulled my foot back to let her know she was hurting me and she apologized and then did it again. I couldn't get a pedicure for several months due to the wound on the back of my heal. This was several months ago....(yes I'm just now posting about it) I should have posted sooner.
But....This is why I haven't been back. 😔

I regularly went to this nail salon for about 5 months until I no longer felt comfortable going. I loved the lady who almost always did my nails, but I always left with a sour taste in my mouth. Over the 5 months I was there, I noticed a pattern with the way the owner conducted her business. She was never a very nice lady until someone with a Louis Vuitton bag would walk in. LOL! I guess I just prefer getting my nails done that is less....hostile and awkward

Love Nail Expo the staff is so friendly I have had all the Tech's do my nails and pedicures loved them all. My nails always look amazing

I came here last minute as a walk in for a pedicure. I chose this place based on location without really looking at reviews. They were a little busy but I didn't have to wait long. They have a ton of colors in all of the different options: polish, gel, etc. The employees were funny and kind and great at communicating. They aren't pushy with services. The price for my pedicure was average for the area. That was the only service I got so I can't say if anything else is too expensive. The employees really like to talk to the customer, there wasn't any awkward silences, but instead a lot of laughs. They did a great job on my toes and a few weeks later, they are still looking good. I have since moved out of the area but I would recommend any locals to come by and check it out.

The design was ridiculous n they just half assed everything. Not worth the extra money they charge for being in their location. My usual place on nw23 n meridian is way better.

Way over priced and not worth it! Told her repeatedly do not make my nails thick and guess what they were so thick I felt like I had clubs on the end of my fingers. Had to remove them.. Awful

I was referred by my sister after I saw her nails. I get so many compliments on my nails. Everyone is friendly and there seems to be great customer relationships with the employees.

Not the same since Management changed. I've been going here for two years(I enjoyed it when Elaine was managing the shop).....then I stopped when the same pedicure technicianI don't know her name but she goes outside to smoke) hurt me. Second time she "filed" a spot on the back of my heal until it bled. I pulled my foot back to let her know she was hurting me and she apologized and then did it again. I couldn't get a pedicure for several months due to the wound on the back of my heal. This was several months ago....(yes I'm just now posting about it) I should have posted sooner.
But....This is why I haven't been back. 😔

Over the 5 months I was there, I noticed a pattern with the way the owner conducted her business. She was never a very nice lady until someone with a Louis Vuitton bag would walk in. LOL! I came here last minute as a walk in for a pedicure. I chose this place based on location without really looking at reviews. They were a little busy but I didn't have to wait long. They have a ton of colors in all of the different options: polish, gel, etc. The employees were funny and kind and great at communicating. They aren't pushy with services. The price for my pedicure was average for the area. That was the only service I got so I can't say if anything else is too expensive. The employees really like to talk to the customer, there wasn't any awkward silences, but instead a lot of laughs. They did a great job on my toes and a few weeks later, they are still looking good. I have since moved out of the area but I would recommend any locals to come by and check it out.
