I am not one to post reviews.. but AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in Friday with my six year old daughter so we could have our nails done. A manicure for her, and gel nails for me. The woman who was doing my daughters nails was very rough, grabbed her hands and yanked her towards her. It has been four days and my nails are already chipping and peeling around my cuticles. I went in today (Tuesday) to talk to them about how I wasn’t happy with my services. And the manager (man) basically told me he couldn’t see what I was talking about when it was VERY visible. I sat and tried to explain to him my frustrations with the fact that I paid $30 for services four days ago and that they looked bad. The man was very hateful and did nothing to try to help me as a customer feel better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE. POOR QUALITY WORK, and very hateful employees!!!

Got gift certificates for Christmas for me and my daughter and we went to use them but still had to pay 20 bucks on top of the 105 in gift certificates... Too expensive in my opinion but they did a go...

Went in for a full set, expecting to pay about 25 dollars. Ending up having to pay 45 dollars. Don't waste your time or money.

I personally would never go here again after the way they treated my friend. They made her feel like a theif when she didn't understand why the price was $90. She thought she was clear when she told them she only wanted a basic manipedi and didn't realize they were doing extra things that cost more. She never gets pedicures and doesn't know what to expect. I feel they took advantage of that.She was never going to not pay them, but needed to get more money from her husband who dropped her off. They wouldn't let me take her to get some and come back which i understand, but they didn't listen to her at all and kept asking her if she wanted to go to jail. She never said she wouldn't pay, so i feel they were very unprofessional and judgmental! I ended up paying because they were upsetting her and not trying to help in anyway. Will never be back because they could have handled the situation much better than they did. I have worked in spas for 6 years and would never treat someone that way.

I got a pedicure yesterday, and the corner of my toe has hurt since I left; is now crusted all up and extends to my actual toe which is now enlarged - hoping it's not infected OR nothing serious comes...

For $30 plus a tip, with my gel manicure, I also got an amazing upper back and neck massage along with a hand and forearm massage. Pleasantly surprised! And I walked in. Ladies were all very friendly!

I have spent 120 dollars in one day and they still are adding more to my total after I have paid and agreed on services!! Never ever again ! Don't waist your time !

I am not one to post reviews.. but AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in Friday with my six year old daughter so we could have our nails done. A manicure for her, and gel nails for me. The woman who was doing my daughters nails was very rough, grabbed her hands and yanked her towards her. It has been four days and my nails are already chipping and peeling around my cuticles. I personally would never go here again after the way they treated my friend. They made her feel like a theif when she didn't understand why the price was $90. She thought she was clear when she told them she only wanted a basic manipedi and didn't realize they were doing extra things that cost more. She never gets pedicures and doesn't know what to expect.
