My experience here was not good. My nail lady jumped around and I was left alone multiple times. Then the lady who started doing my nails did not finish them, I got passed off to someone else. Two of my cuticles were cut and another one was knicked. My thumb bled for a good minute. The day after and my fingers are sore from being cut and inflamed. Worst experience ever! My girlfriend and I went to have a manicure and pedicure done. Had a little bit of a wait, which is to be expected on a weekend... however, they gave my girlfriend about a 1/4 inch cut on her cuticle, and we both ended up with nail infections. Neither my girlfriend or I ever seen them wash any of the equipment that they were using, before or after the cut! The girls that we're working on our nails didn't do anything to make up for the nails, and didn't waste time on finishing us up, so we could leave. I will never be back there again. Read Less

I had an incredible experience here! It’s been hard for me to find a place where the ladies truly are there to take care of you even if you’re new and not their regular. My first time in was awesome, they were nice-not pushy-articulate-professional! My second time I went in around 3:30pm on a Friday and it was very busy so they couldn’t get me in and apologized multiple times but hey it was busy, I get it. They told me to come back at 7:30pm(when they closed) all because she ...knew I had a competition ALL day the next day with my girls. They couldn’t find the color I had picked out earlier but man did they search!! AND they didn’t have to, they were closed! It was so sweet!!! She really took her time and made sure they looked good and of course they were talking and I couldn’t understand but then the lady doing my nails says “this is Michelle the owner and I was telling her about how you’ve always had a terrible experience getting your nails done and she’s really glad you came back” I was in shock. People always joke about how they are talking crap on you haha and I’m sure they do sometimes! The owner was the first person I saw both times I’ve walked in the front doors asking what you need, taking care of you because she knows her staff and their skills. My daughter and I went to have a relaxing time together. We asked to look at their list of pedicures and what each one involved. They are very pricey. We settled on one that we thought we would enjoy. The two girls began talking in their language and I knew they were discussing us. We were told what we picked was basically soaking your feet and painting your nails. To get a massage was another 10.00. To have the paraffin wax was another 10.00. And if we wanted the scrub to exfoliate it would be another charge. I was unhappy with the massage and the treatment. I paid a lot of money for very little service. I'm an extremely difficult and picky customer. I am a huge pain in the ass and I know it. I know what I like. And this place has proven to me that my satisfaction is a priority which I am grateful for. Ann is great with nail design and also is personable. And Linda is exceptional with fills and nail construction. I went for repairs and fills. They are who you want to request. I've had others. And I think I found a constant. Plus you get wine. I visited two days ago with some family members. While there I mostly enjoyed my Pedi. Well really, I enjoyed the massage chair and everything included in the pedicure package Except the pedicure itself.... The tech could Definitely have been much more gentle as he was using the nail file; he slashed it across my skin many times. When I first tried to get up to leave the Polish on one big toe immediately crinkled, though I have no idea how it was still wet enough to do so, and had to be redone. So when we finally left - I didn't put my shoes on but instead walked out to my car wearing the little foam flip-flops in 30° weather. I actually didn't put shoes on for a couple hours and yet somehow both my big toes crinkled. Also - on all my toes the Polish is pretty far down the nail, leaving a good bit unpainted and the edges were completely missed on a few nails. (Pics in comments). My mom highly recommend this place, so I had high hopes. But.. Nails are unevenly shaped, it's not at all what I asked for. If I could, I would give my experience zero stars. I went in before a last minute job interview to get a manicure and pedicure. It took 3 hours. Once my toes were finished, another technician came over, placed a towel on my just painted toes, and completely smudged them. She looked up at me and realized she went to the wrong person, as her customer was sitting a couple down from me. They tried to fix my toes by adding another layer, instead of taking off the polish and star...ting over. They smudged hours after. I had asked that my nails and toes be painted the same color, but she used at least two shades different. Then my nails. I have NEVER had such a painful and rough manicure. She cut one finger at the beginning of the manicure. I yelled, "ouch!" She laughed and said sorry. She did my nails and then took all of the polish off and started over without talking to me. Then, she did them again. Somehow, in the last 10 minutes, she cut three more fingers. My fingers were so painful, I immediately went and got antiseptic and lidocaine. They bled for over 7 hours. The next day at my job interview, it hurt to move my fingers. This pain continued for a few days. I continued to keep them very clean as I was worried about infection. I had the most painful shellac manicure of my life today at Infinity. I'm not one to complain ever, but the manicurist cut me four times, and two hours later, I'm still bleeding. Infinity has the most luxurious atmosphere out of all the nail salons in Tulsa. If you're wanting a basic manicure and pedicure, this is definitely the place to go. Their prices are a little more expensive than most places, but they take their time perfecting their work and offer a complimentary neck and shoulder massage with all their services. I went to Infinity today for a pedicure, and I was very impressed with how relaxing it was. My nail technician went as far as to rub hot stones on my feet. They were courteous the first time I went in. I get shellac & a pedicure about every three weeks. I tend to tip high & don't complain, in fact the lady who did my toes commented on how quiet I was. So I couldn't figure out why the next 5 to 6 times I went in they weren't as nice, in fact they were so rude and impatient I felt more like a nuisance than a customer. My nail specialist did an excellent job! She was thorough, & took her time. The best part of it all was that she kept singing in her native language. She had this hauntingly beautiful voice. Not at all what I expected after reading most of the reviews... I had high expections of this place and couldn't wait to come in.  I went for a pedicure and manicure($40 combo they have).I was never even asked if I'd like a beverage, the lady doing my nails walked away 3 times in the middle of the service without saying a word(I watched her walk over to another person at the front desk and talk for 3 to 5 mins at I time-I timed her)  and for my 'manicure' she used a wooden 2'x4' and placed it across my pedicure chair! Came in last minute to get nails painted for a  Christmas party that is this evening.  The gentleman did a wonderful job!  I will be coming back for other services!  I am impressed with this salon.  The amount of people working at one time is nice to see for the large size of this salon!  I have been to other places where there is hardly anyone working for the size of business they had. This was a good place. It's pretty inside with nice massage chairs and they have snacks and wine. We got an upgraded pedicure (approx $44) with a scrub, massage and wax. My sister got a guy who gave her a much better and longer massage. I got a good foot massage but the leg massage was lame. I'm overall pretty happy with my pedicure. Not impressed at all what so ever. Came in at the 91st and Yale location. Personally, if I'm going to pay good money for a service it better be freaking worth it. My pedicure took no more than 15-20 mins. When it came to the manicure, it's like my cuticles weren't even touched at all. Pretty disappointed on the service itself. I am so disappointed in this salon. I've been going here for 2 years because the service was always so amazing and they knew me by name. It's a pretty pricey place but it was always worth it. But recently they have been giving me terrible service.Today was the last straw. I went in during my lunch break and got my regular pedicure that is supposed to take over 30 minutes. It wasn't even 15 minutes later and the guy was done. There were six employees and one other customer so it's not like they were busy. The pedicure I get calls for a 10 minutes massage (which is my favorite part) and I'm not even kidding, he was done in 10 seconds. He didn't even put lotion on my legs when he did it! And the entire time he was staring out the window and not even paying attention to what he was doing. So pretty much I just paid over $30 to soak my feet in lukewarm water and get my toes painted. Last week I came in to get a regular acrylic fill and a pedicure. Worst I've ever gotten by far. My fill was so low quality that it started chipping and my acrylics were lifting 3 days later. I asked how much a crystal design would be... They said $2 a nail. Later when I ended up paying the bill it was two dollars a crystal and cost more than my fill, and I still had nail polish left all over my fingers. They wouldn't clean around the edges so I ended up doing it at home! A week later I don't have a single crystal left and my polish is very chipped. My pedicure was an even worse experience. First, the water was cold when I got in to soak my feet. I asked my girl if she could refill it with warm water and said she didn't have time because someone was waiting on my chair. No kind of salts added to the water like promised on the menu. Then she cut my cuticles so far that three of them were bleeding, didn't apologize, and then proceeded to spray alcohol on my open cuts. My massage lasted 2.5 minutes per leg with zero pressure, the menu said it was supposed to last 15 minutes. Then she used the hot stones on my shin... Which would've felt good except for the fact the stone was so hot she couldn't even hold it in her hand. I asked her to wait a few minutes to cool the stone down and she refused again because of time, and I left with red marks all over my legs. When I went to pay I complained about my service and they stated that if I didn't pay the $52, they would call the police. Worst service and nail salon I've ever been to. Don't go here!!!! Read Less

Tonight I splurged on a 'milk and honey' pedicure for my prego feet and thoroughly enjoyed the deep scrub and massage! Was it the best? Maybe not for the price, but still a win. There was hot wax and a stone element to rub down my shins and make the feet oh so soft! The space is clean and feels special with lighting and nice decor. I went with a group of friends and they did a so-so job on my nails but charged me an extra $5 to remove my shellac since I wasn't getting shellac again and tried to apply a design without asking me. Then the tech admitted that the design would have cost another $5. They wrongly accused one of my friends of not paying even though she and her sister had paid together. When I went to the ladies room while they finished my friends' nails, they assumed that I had skipped out on my bill and began to harass my friends again. Not going back! Read Less
