The lady was nice and talkative but i came in the morning of my wedding for a nail emergency my cute as hell perfect polish from another salon had chipped (from my mistake of not choosing gel the first time....) anyway the lady took care of me right away but then took sooo long to do my nails.... i mean this is the morning of my wedding i had soo much stuff to do and the whole experience did nothing but stress me out about time... then when she did paint my nails (simple french mani with silver line on break... super simple, classy, elegant...full natural nails btw..) she put so much white on my tips i felt like i was wearing acrylic nails... and it took FOREVER.... then I'm like how much worse can it get you know trying to calm myself to no avail.... she put on f#@ing silver CRAFT paint on the break ( the kind you use on canvas paintings!) I couldn't believe it... at that point i just wanted to get the hell out of there... she charged me like $20 for a simple regular polish (no gel, acrylic, mani, anything...just polish!) It took her almost 45 min and i was sat down immediately and ran out after... so now the inital salon experience is over and now i got super thick wet nails so I'm totally helpless thank god for my bridesmaid who took care of me the whole day i love her shes my bestie anyway they never fully dried before the ceremony which was 6 HOURS after leaving the salon... they had marks all over them no matter how careful i was trying to be.... the previous salon whom i absolutely loved (B.A. Nails) my nails were dry before i left!, they were thinly polished and vibrant (which i love), extremely neat i super duper loved them btw i was in B.A. Nails for a total of 30 min and 10 of that was waiting cuz i was a walk in and it was busy... they did the full mani and reg polish for $25 and i tipped five so grad total of $30 ten dollars more for so much better quality... i only wish i had been closer to B.A. Nails.... never ever going back to i do nalz.... never again... worst experience of all time... She's been doing my nails for 10 years now. If she ever leaves Tulsa, I will go to wherever she is to get my nails done - I'm serious. I get compliments everyday on my nails. She is worth every penny and then some. Read Less
