I don't know how I haven't reviewed them sooner!! My nails always last four weeks and I lovvveeeee their new dipping powder! The owner is amazing and is always getting the newest stuff! I absolutely DO NOT regret coming here!!! My father and I went for Fathers Day and he said it was the best thing he has ever done. I was in town while my husband was working in Bixby l. I got a mani and a pedi from Fancy Nails and they were both wonderful. They took their time and really made it a really pleasurable experience. I had a large bruise under one of my nails that they covered with some gorgeous nail art! The owner was wonderful to talk to and I could tell he really loved his profession. I went to fancy to get my nails filled. (Pink and whites) I am new to town. I was very surprised. The place was immaculately clean. All the instruments were sterilized. Top name brand products were used. My nails are perfect and was told they will last 3-4 weeks. The price was less than I was paying at my old salon. I have found my new place to get my nails done. I am so disappointed in the service I started receiving, or rather, the lack thereof. I loved the work they did in the beginning, but I don't think they really care about customers anymore. One time, they wrote my appointment down on the wrong day (in their book, but correctly on the reminder card they gave me). Recently, I tried calling to see if I could get in a little earlier in the day than my scheduled appointment, but nobody answered the phone (so I left a message, but nobody bothered to call me back). That would've been fine, BUT when I showed up at my regularly scheduled time, NO ONE WAS THERE!! The door was locked and there wasn't a soul around. I have left several voicemails, and nobody has bothered to get back to me. I don't know if they are even in business anymore. It's really sad, because they did a good job, but it's pretty inconsiderate to not even bother calling clients back. I was in a crunch and needed to have a botched extension job fixed asap. They found a spot for me that day, and made it as easy as can be. Kayla (i think) did my lashes, she was very kind, and made me feel welcome. She did a great job fixing me up, and I already booked my next appointment with her.
