I having been using the pedicure services of this salon for years. As a male you would think i should expect to be treated differently than the female clientele but that is not the case. I had a terrible time here. The woman who worked on my nails barely filed them and didn't give a good massage. When she cut my cuticles, she cut me enough to bleed 3 times- then blamed it on the massage chair. I went back the following day after I realized she hadn't done a good job the the edges of my toenails were sharp from being cut and not filed, I thought the salon would file the nails and re-do the polish. They did not. They simply assured me the polish wouldn't chip early. I walked out and 30 minutes later 2 of my nails were already chipped. Terrible customer service. Read Less
