Went in not knowing what I wanted and essentially got ignored while my friend had her nails done. When I finally picked acrylic French tips she didn't hardly say anything or ask for shape or color that I wanted. I ended up with very short nails with a couple being crooked and my cuticles not pushed back (which took a week or so off of their life). Won't be going here again, sorry. Read Less

4 stars for the girls amazing personality she was super nice. I ended up touching up the paint job at home because they were painted so quickly they weren't done well. Clean tools were not used on me a clearly very used file was used on my nails and the files on the drill were not clean or new either. The acrylic was a little bumpy, but I think the girl was just rushing to get done because more people came in. It was $35 for acrylics then shellac/gel paint on top I was impressed with the price! Worst experience ever. Went with 2 other people. There was plenty of staff on at the time. They started theirs a good 15 mins before mine. They got 2 great ladies for there pedis. I ended up with a guy that was awful!!! Somehow even though theirs started way before mine did we all ended up done at the same time. He didn't take time to do ANYTHING. Far from a deluxe pedicure!! VERY SATISFIED with the pedicure and eyebrow wax. Woman who helped us was very friendly, yes their kids were in the shop but so was my 2.5 YO and they played together. Family focused place, if you mind the kids around I would not come to this nail salon. I will be back as I had good conversation, a nice pedicure and eyebrow wax, and price was comparable to others in town. Kim is the best at doing my nails! My nails are huge and cover my entire finger. She makes them look thin and dainty. Support a family business and go to Kim :) Though, if you're looking for a luxurious spa treatment, perhaps another place would be better since she does have kids in the salon. Read Less

I really hate giving family businesses bad reviews, but I can't let this go. Today I was in this nail salon for a pedicure. The man who took care of me was polite, but wanted to get through my pedicure as quickly as possible. I hadn't had a pedicure in a very long time due to eczema breakouts so I was happy to finally be able to get one. I got the "Spa" treatment, which included a foot treatment. Well, first off, this man scrubbed my foot for exactly 60 seconds. While I'd like to say my feet were in such good condition they needn't be scrubbed, that would be a lie. Then he spent another 60 seconds on my foot treatment. Sorry, but even conditioning your hair takes longer. I watched the woman next to me get the same thing, but the assistant was taking her time with her. Then when it came time to paint my toes, not only did I have to insist he paint another coat (it was still see-through) but also that he clean up the messy bits. When they sent me to the table to have my toes dry, I checked out the bottom of my feet only to find lots of dead skin! Mind you, I had mentioned to him that I hoped he got all the skin off and he assured that he did. What a fool I was. Another lady told me I could wait and she'd do it over but I had no time left, and frankly it should've been done right the first time. Im back an forth from Florida an Oklahoma an Kim ly is the only nail salon I go to when Im in Stillwater, I absolutely love her an her fam, she does an amazing job on my nails an is great with my daughter I bring with me !!! Highly recommend this place for any kind of pampering 😉 Read Less

I suggest going literally anywhere else in Stillwater... Waited 25 minutes while someone who came in after me (without an appointment) was seen before me then got one of the absolute worst manicures I have ever paid for. All their polish is cheap and too thin or drying out and thick. Every nail has polish pooled into my cuticle. Going to take it off when I get home and repaint them myself. Read Less

Don't expect relaxation if you're coming here. Children running around the entire time, blaring noises coming from the phones or tablets that they are playing with. Employees were literally playing a game of cards at the front waiting table while I was getting my pedicure and manicure. Manicure was Okay, but the pedicure was done by an older woman (who was very sweet) but could not understand anything that I asked her to do because she didn't speak english. Also, if you want the basic dry skin taken off your feet (as you'd get with any other normal pedicure) you have to pay $10 extra. Pedicure was $35 for basics! My 5 year old came with me, they gave her a pedicure in under 5 minutes and STILL charged me $25. Will not go back. To each his own. Read Less

Not my favorite salon I've ever been to, but not bad overall! Just depends on what you're looking for in a salon experience. The staff was friendly enough, and prices didn't seem too outrageous. The owner's kids were around, so it's certainly a family-friendly place, but perhaps not the most peaceful/serene. Read Less

My spouse and I enjoy getting pedicures and I usually get a shellac done.  The salon has a comfortable homey atmosphere, and you may see their children on occasion, who are the most part well behaved, and well, children!  We have returned several times and not disappointed. Completely happy with shellac and nail color that lasts. Will return again! Read Less

One of the worst nails salons I have ever been to in my life. They were not sanitizing any of their tools while I was getting a pedicure, they kept sharing the tools. They rushed my spa pedicure which only lasted 10 minutes! Then they put cheap nail polish on my toes and charged me $35 dollars for the "spa pedicure." The customer service was terrible and unrelaxing. I would not be surprised if I caught some type of fungus on my feet from the tools not being sanitized!!! Go somewhere else and save your money! What a zoo. So unprofessional. They don't sanitize their tools. It's hard to relax getting my $35 manicure when their four kids run around like crazy and I had to wait forty five minutes. This is the second time I have been here and both times were horrible. This time my gel manicure looks horrible... I didn't receive any cuticle work or a massage. This place gives amazing pedicures; they look great & last forever!  (When I first moved here, I tried a different salon.  It was fancier looking, but they did a sloppy job on my toes, and the polish would start to wear off in a week or two.  Kim Ly's job always looks amazing & lasts until it starts to grow out.)  The people who work there are very friendly too.  The shop doesn't look as upscale as some other places in town, but they do a really excellent job: highly recommend!
