Okay. So I booked for an eyebrow threading not too long ago. When I checked in, they got the lady that does eyebrows and she doesn't introduce herself. Just says "I'm ready for you now" and keeps walking to the room for the eyebrows. She doesn't ask me if I want any shaping or anything done. She just tells me to lie down on the table and she gets to work. I could tell she was rushing. She only asked me one thing and that was "why did you decide to get your eyebrows threaded?" And that was it. I'm fine with no small talk but still. Then she held the mirror out of my reach so I couldn't see how it looked straight on. I paid then left. I now notice that I look ridiculous because my right eyebrow is SUPER noticeably uneven and ridiculous. It looks like I constantly have my eyebrow raised. The only thing I wanted was for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and defined. No shaping. I also expressed that it was my first time ever getting them threaded and normally that would prompt a professional to kind of walk you through the process a little before starting but nope. Just rush, rush, rush til I'm done. I won't be coming back here but I will be contacting you on Monday when you're open. This is just unacceptable. Edit: the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because Jenn Briggs has awesome customer service when I spoke with her. Edit 2: Im deciding to leave my review up because I definitely won't be asking for eyebrow threading again. I have spoken with the owner and she did right by me. Jenn did my eyebrows today and it was an amazing experience. Mostly painless, great service, wonderful woman. My eyebrows look nice and don't feel wacky. I would highly recommend booking with Jenn for eyebrows. I haven't had her for hair yet but plan on it eventually and I have to say, I'm excited. :) Read Less

They sat me down right away with a very friendly down to earth stylist and she did a fabulous job! Just had the latest facial done, micro-needle facial. It is amazing, it creates collagen induction. I was a little worried on how long recovery would be, meaning would I look scary, but I only looked sunburn and by the next morning looked great. Skin had a much more even tone and excited to see the final results!! Brooke was fabulous in explaining every detail and making sure I was comfortable(she numbs your face, neck, and chest with gel). Glo Salon made me feel like a queen on my wedding day! The service is exceptional, from booking to the day of. Emily did my manicure and pedicure, best shellac I've had to date! Emily also did an amazing job on my sisters hair, braided loosely, very elegant. Liz did my hair perfectly with the head piece I chose and airbrush foundation with my makeup which can save the day if it's hot because it's sweat proof and lasted ALL night! Let me start by saying their place is nice and the one appointment I did have, it was cut by the manager her self who was nice and I liked the cut. I am giving this place a one star however because of their customer service. I have called several times to ask if they would do color after hours because I am Muslim and I wear a headscarf (hijab). In all three times the associate said that they didn't know if that is something they offered and so would ask and call me back. I NEVER got a call back. And each time it was a different associate. I really did not like the way I was treated and their customer service sucks. I do not see my self going back to this salon or referring them to anyone I know. Read Less

I started going to Paige for color & cuts when I moved to Stillwater last year. She is great! The salon is beautiful, the prices are on the high end, but not for the service you get and not more than I have paid elsewhere for similar services, and they offer a lot of different types of services.If you do color, I highly recommend Paige. She does a great job matching color when I touch up my roots, and every cut and color has been exactly what I wanted. Read Less

I was blown away with how good my hair looked after Jenn did a carmel color balayage. I will be going here from now on. She was not only skilled but very sweet and easy going! I like this salon, but it's a bit pricy and it feels like it's out of the way out on the edge of town. They offer hair cut and coloring, mani/pedi and massage. I came here for massage lots of times. Very relaxing. The parking lot is not well lit in the evening and there are not many other businesses with lights shinning out, so if you have a late appointment and get spooked easily,  bring a flashlight. There's very little crime in Stillwater,  but it does feel like the edge of town out here. Read Less

Amanda is such an exceptional stylist. I have had a couple of different services with her, and she always goes out of her way to make me feel welcome. I have had the same haircut for awhile, and I would say she is the first stylist to cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted it. Everything turned out absolutely perfectly. I was in town from Baltimore, MD for my brothers wedding and didn't have time befor I left to get my hair cut. I have been going to the same girl for the last 10+ years so I was a little scared to have someone else cut my hair. I wEnt to Ulta to see if they had time for a walk in but she was unfortunately by herself and didn't have time. I bought some product and asked the girl at the register if she knew of a place who took walkins and recommended Glo (she worked their as well).As soon as I walked into Glo I was greeted by the girl at the front desk. She was super sweet and welcoming. She told me I was in luck and that Paige was open at the moment. She offered me a drink (water, soda) while I waited. Paige came and got me from the front and took me back to her station. She was super sweet and listened to how I wanted my hair. She knew I was from out of town and a little nervous but she was awesome. I will definitely see Paige again if I come back and need a cut. I got my extensions cut by Katie. I guess she was just a bad hair dresser because I have hear good things about this salon. Anyway, she didn't greet me with a smile. She had this little attitude through the whole appointment. She misunderstood what I asked her do. "Trim it up and kind of style it so it blends better." she cuts one of my 18" inch, $130 extension to my actual hair length. I am surprised I didn't flip out in front of everyone. I just had a hair cut and color from Liz. I have had lots of complements from co-works about how great it looked and they even said i look younger. WOW that makes me feel great. You did an awesome job! I also had a pedicure and manicure from Jordan and it was excellent. She did a great job and I came out with great looking toes and nails.
