My son took me here as a Mother's Day present, and we both got pedicures (5/13/15). This was only my 2nd pedicure ever, so my knowledge of how it works is zilch. I was treated like an idiot, and manhandled. The man filled up the tub with only hot water, then told me to put my feet in, then walked away. When I couldn't bare the temperature, a woman came and turned the cold on. The man returned and pointed to a paper next to me, saying pick what you want. So, I reached for the paper - and none of the prices match the $25 they advertise up front - and asked if shellac comes off easy. He smirked, "Do you want manicure or pedicure. That's manicure - read the top." I was embarrassed, turned over the paper, chose the cheapest, at $32, and the description didn't mention painted nails, so I asked if that was included. He looked away and very shortly said yes. I got no help with massage chair, but was too ashamed to ask. I took video of how he twisted my toes while trimming my nails - which I asked him not to at the beginning, because I had already done that - and never spoke to me unless demanding a foot here or in there, or "down!", and he answered his phone 3 times while at my feet - not salon calls. After he put one coat of polish on, he shoved my feet into the make-shift flip-flops - both were left sided. I was clueless what to do next - and I started to leave (wanted to run) as my son paid. My son had been to salons with his girlfriend so he directed me to the dryer, and turned it on. Very disturbing experience. Why this man is allowed to touch any customer is beyond me. I'll stick to doing my own nails. Sad. Read Less
