They were in to big of a hurry because they were getting busy. It was a mother's day gift from a friend (single mom) and the nails are crooked and uneven. I'm extremely disappointed and wanted black tips they didn't agree and painted them black some are uneven on the tips and one is running. My friends always looked good I will not be returning.

I went in to get a French manicure shellac (white tips) and the lady doing my nails was in a hurry I could tell to go home b cause it was almost closing time. My shellac nails lasted 2 days before ch...
I went in to get a French manicure shellac (white tips) and the lady doing my nails was in a hurry I could tell to go home b cause it was almost closing time. My shellac nails lasted 2 days before chipping and splitting and falling off. I’m so upset! They’re suppose to last two weeks with no problems and mine always did until I came to this salon. Really unhappy and will never go there again. Don’t recommend this place. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had my nails done at a regal salon plenty of times in Sedalia, Missouri and I loved it but this salon in Sapulpa is no good.

Let me start off by saying I love the people that are in this salon, I love the atmosphere and I love getting pedicures here. HOWEVER, I’ve gotten my nails done here the past two times. The last time I got the powder and my nails are blotchy and my nails are not straight. It’s a shame because I enjoyed it there but I will not be returning. I can’t pay 40$ for a set of nails every two weeks if they aren’t going to be done correctly

If I was able to give this place no stars I would. I went in to get my powder acrylic nails removed, and a man started to remove my nails. It started out just fine, until he tried taking off my actual nail instead of the fake one because he was watching a football game. I started to bleed and he said, "Don't worry, it's fine." He finished removing my nails as I had tears in my eyes. I will never go there again and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I always see a lot of people in here when I go through this Walmart so I decided to stop in and get mine done here once. The key word there is once. Not only did they insist on cutting off my naturally long nails and putting on tips, but they also cut the crap out of my fingers constantly! Several times I had to jerk my hands away and say "that hurt" and the lady would just go "oh, sorry". I would not recommend going here if you can help it. There are plenty of places around here that you can go and tons all over Tulsa and other areas. While they are pretty cheap, they don't really listen to what you want and end up just doing something else.

They were in to big of a hurry because they were getting busy. It was a mother's day gift from a friend (single mom) and the nails are crooked and uneven. I'm extremely disappointed and wanted black tips they didn't agree and painted them black some are uneven on the tips and one is running. My friends always looked good I will not be returning.

Let me start off by saying I love the people that are in this salon, I love the atmosphere and I love getting pedicures here. HOWEVER, I’ve gotten my nails done here the past two times. The last time I got the powder and my nails are blotchy and my nails are not straight. It’s a shame because I enjoyed it there but I will not be returning. If I was able to give this place no stars I would. I went in to get my powder acrylic nails removed, and a man started to remove my nails. It started out just fine, until he tried taking off my actual nail instead of the fake one because he was watching a football game. I started to bleed and he said, "Don't worry, it's fine." I always see a lot of people in here when I go through this Walmart so I decided to stop in and get mine done here once. The key word there is once. Not only did they insist on cutting off my naturally long nails and putting on tips, but they also cut the crap out of my fingers constantly! Several times I had to jerk my hands away and say "that hurt" and the lady would just go "oh, sorry". I would not recommend going here if you can help it.
