Made an appointment for 1pm and was not attended to until 130. The water during the pedicure was basically cold. I picked a color and they were very pushy about chaining the color to something "prettier". They then were pushy and convinced me to get a full set which i left absolutely hating. The guy didn't even get close to the cuticle at all it looked terrible. I ended up trying to go back the next day to get them fixed since i paid $70 but when I showed up at 10:10 the doors were locked and the sign said they open at 10am? This place is absolutely terrible I got my nails done asked them if dipped was better than solar and they told me yes so I chose dip and my nails started breaking the next day. I went in and asked if they'd take them off and do solar since it hasn't even been 48 and they refused without me paying another $35 dollars. Then I asked to just have them removed and id go somewhere else and as I was sitting and waiting the lady doing someone else's nails was sitting there talking bad on me to her customer to where I could hear. So I walked out and I am getting the removed and redone somewhere else. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Terrible, terrible. These are the sweetest bunch of girls ! When I need some pampering, I can count on them. And, the pedicure....oh my, so relaxing and they are very conscientious about cleanliness of the equipment. I gave them 3 stars because the paint job isn't bad and the shapes of my toenails look good. But I noticed before she used the nippers she wiped them off because they had left over cuticle on them and that's pretty gross. The she pulled out a buffer and a file that had been CLEARLY used many many times before. I know that files are a porous item so the can not be disinfected and need to be thrown away after each use. She used the callus remover on me that looks kind of like a cheese grader, picked it up, used it, dumped the particles in the trash can, the places it right where she found it. Which leads me to believe it was most likely not disinfected before or after using it on me. She also used a buffer on my feet that she "cleaned" by using a nail brush to clean it. Nothing was sprayed on it to disinfect it. I obviously don't know that for sure since I didn't see the procedures she took to disinfect them after I left. But she used the same nail brush to clean my toes she used to clean the buffer then just put it back in the drawer, once again no disinfectant. I am a cosmetologist so watching all of that I was completely aware of what was going on and I'm very aware of what is reuseable and what isn't, and I'm very aware of what can happen if you don't clean the implements properly like spreading diseases and funguses. Also I was displeased with the massage. I come to relax and get my feet and legs massaged. Through my entire "massage" the lady who was doing my feet watched tv and was distracting so my pinky toes mostly got massaged, not my feet. So maybe they are an amazing salon, 'maybe I just got them on a bad night but I will never return due to feeling like they were using dirty implements on my feet. Read Less

I waited for 30 minutes for service while my feet sat in a lukewarm bath. When i finally got service my pedicure was rushed and they were very rough on my toe nails. Their equipment came out of a grocery bag (nail files, foot grinder, ect.) To clean equipment they simply dunked it in my lukewarm foot water. My eyebrow waxing was just as rushed.
