I'm always worries when they don't ask me how I like them. I keep mine short, not too thick (you know so i cant scratch an itch and what not) and natural looking because I hate the clack on keyboards, I love them. No complaints whatsoever. Over a year my daughter and I had gone here without an issue. So naturally when doing a girls day we brought my sisters and niece here. There were 5 of us all excited to relax and hang out. Yet they were in a rush to get everyone done and one young lady was even rude, disrespectful, and down right hateful. I have never experienced anything like this. After several times telling the gentleman doing my own nails that is not how I wanted my nail he continued to do what he wanted with them saying it was fine. Finally I had to flat out refuse to accept them that way because it was against the dress code at my job, he corrected them and they look great. Yet both my sister's weren't so luck and instead of offering to fix them the young lady told them she did the best she could and she had other clients. We even attempted to talk with another gentleman about it and we were even willing to pay for them to fix them the right way but they were too busy. Her nails looked so bad I offered to take her else where to take them off and be redone. Read Less
