Awful, 4 of us went to get mani/pedi's. Terrible job on nails, not consistent in clipping, filing. They blatantly lied to incoming customers that they had more people to do than they did. Literally some of the worst nail tech's that I have ever experienced. My nails look like crap and I will be going somewhere else to get them fixed. They are paper thin and could break very easy. Also, they will over charge you for their crappy work. Their sign said $15 for a fill but they lady charged me $30. I highly recommend NOT going there. I will NEVER go back. Read Less

I love visiting this family business. They have always taken great care of my nails. Sometimes I will drop in no appointment and they work me in even if it's a brief wait. They do a professional job and I highly recommend using their service. Don't expect them to read your mind, tell them what you want and they will do it. Read Less

I got a pedicure, the water wasn't warm. It felt like they were trying to rip off my toes when they were doing them . Then they kept messing up my shalak Polish and filed it off with a drill and basically drilled off my skin. In the end my toes didn't have polish on the tip so I went home and put a French tip on it. The price wasnt fair for the service I got. Wouldn't go again. Read Less

This does not even get one star. This is the only place I have gotten my nails done for 6+ months. They do not keep tools clean and they reuse files and other buffers, which I thought seemed odd. After having my nails done for 10+ years, I now have a fungus, for the first time. Not pleased. At all. Read Less

I have been using OP for a long time. I loved it when it was a male and female there now it "was" two men one was 28 and the other is older. Well during one of my visits, I also should add I have to bring my 3 year old with me, I was getting my nails done and a mother and teenage daughter walk in and the daughter wants her nails done. The young man is the only one who does nails the older man does pedis, well long story short the older male says something to the younger one and the younger one goes off and starts cursing in front of the 4 of us, the older male starts to call the police. The younger male also states to me that the older gentleman is a perv. and said something about mine and the teenagers butts. Thanks goodness I was in the dryer so I paid and left asap. I will never go back, the men didn't apologize, they seemingly did not care that they were cursing not only in front of customers but 2 children and 1 was 3 years old. It made me sick. It's owned by a husband and wife team who are so nice and take care of their customers. I have always gotten great service and great product there! I highly recommend them. If you are in a hurry, call ahead because they are always busy on the weekends. Read Less
