CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Do NOT go here! I’m from out of town and had a relative moving to Owasso. I wanted to get her a gift card to a nail salon in her new hometown of Owasso as going away gift. I called and explained that I didn’t live in Oklahoma and asked if I could do a gift card. They said they could do it and just mail the gift card to me. Great! I waited about a week and a half, still no gift card, but my credit card had been charged, so I called back. They said they had sent the gift card, but would send another as they weren’t sure what happened. Another week passes by and I’m still without my gift card so I called again. I asked if she could email me or do something as I was seeing my relative that night and wanted to give the gift to her then, they said not a problem, took down my email address— sure enough nothing was sent to my email!i tried calling multiple times and my calls were starting to be ignored. Fast forward two weeks and my relative is out in Oklahoma and decides to stop in the salon and just pick up the gift card that I purchased for her. She had to sit and wait over an hour for the manager to get in and when she arrived, she refused to give her the gift card and refused a refund. Of course the original receipt and gift card weren’t at the salon, they were at her home. They stole from me! Not only is stealing illegal, is an unethical business practice. I have now turned this over to my bank to have them deal with the salon and urge everyone to beware before going to this salon! I work way too hard for my money for it to be so selfishly stolen from me— my attempt at trying to do something nice for a relative failed miserably and I am disturbed at the “customer service” this salon gave me. I judge a pedicure on three basic things; how my toes look when I leave, the ambiance, and the foot massage. This was my first pedicure at Venus Nails. It was at best average. They didn't have a large selection of colors. I ended up with a pink that I wasn't overly thrilled about when I left. They also had very few brand name polishes. Hardly any OPI, no Essie, etc.The ambiance was also pretty average. It was your typical boring nail salon. I wasn't offered a drink. There was no music playing. The manager couldn't even get out of her chair or off her ipad to greet me or show we where to go. She simple pointed to a chair and then started yelling for an employee in the back. The massage chair was TERRIBLE- I literally forgot it was on at one point because I could hardly feel it.Lastly, the foot massage. Oh this is always my most anticipated part. I love a good foot massage! I'm here to relax and I want to know I'm getting what I paid for. (My favorite nail salon sets a timer when they start your massage so you get the right amount of time.) That however did not happen here. I got a disappointing foot massage from someone who hadn't been trained to make a massage beneficial or relaxing. Huge bummer in my book. Overall not much to return for. The only thing that might bring me back from time to time is the fact that they are open 30 minutes later than most salons. Read Less

Amazing and professional nail salon! I go to Mycah and I highly recommend her! First place I have gone where my shellac manu will truly last 2 full weeks, if not longer. Everything is clean, service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. 5 stars!! Read Less

Me and my daughter called Venus Nails. We asked the price for an acrylic fill regular no solar and the rep said $17. Once we arrived an older lady told us the price was $20. We told her we had just called about the price. She told us she did say $20 not $17. I told her I had her on speaker phone and we both clearly heard her. I would not recommend this place. Read Less
