I have tried this place a few times, and Majority of the time it was a bad experience...Lin the owner has a bad attitude, but usually is one of the best nail techs...They have 1 price up, and then try to charge you another price. My last visit with getting my own nails dipped in powder the lady burned my cuticle 7 times with the spin brush😒...My daughter got acrylic, and the next day 2 had popped off...Most of the people here are inexperienced, and has to ask Lin how to do everything, and still gets it’s wrong! Nice facility, however the customer service leaves alot to be desired!! Was told wait would be 10 minutes and still waiting more than 30 minutes later. They do a wonderful job. Very clean and great prices. They have an awesome special going on right now through Feb. 8th for dipping powder. Only$20. If you want tips its only $25. This is an expensive service if you were to go anywhere else. I am very impressed with the quality! Read Less

After visiting this salon twice now I have decided to leave a review. The first time walking in I was moved tables 3 times before an employee would agree to do my nails. As if I was an inconvience to them for even being there. After showing a very basic photo. (Maroon painted nails and one glitter accent nail) I left with a few shades off and a funky over coat of glitter. The nail tech was kind but not knowlegable enough to preform a basic request. The lady sitting closest t...o the door had an extreme attitude towards me plus the customers who came in following. So after thinking on it I figured I would give them a second chance. Upon walking in I was overwhelmed by the grab a color and sit approach. No time to look or even decide on what I was looking for. Once again the front lady piped up in frustration with me for sliding out their example painted nails, as if I was going to steal one?!? After sitting,the nail tech was very polite but once again not comprehensive of my same basic request as before. Once finished I was told the price was $10 more than the last time! The same EXACT service was done. When I asked WHY? The angry front lady stated that I must have went some where else the last time. She also said in that the specific brand of gel polish I chose for my ONE glitter nail cost an additional $5... ?? That in itself is absurd when your already paying $35 more dollars for gel polish!! I also ended up leaving with NOT what I requested AGAIN!! After further reading I see others have had several issues as well AND been fed excuses for their actions on the reviews. I live right next to this place and decided I needed to treat myself (and was too lazy to paint my own nails, too). Upon walking in, a woman greeted me with a terse "what do you want?" I was shocked. Most business don't ask that... they usually say something like "how can I help you" but hey what do I know??? I expressed I wanted a mani and pedi and she just pointed towards the back of the room. Okay, whatever. My nail technician was actually very sweet albeit her struggle with speaking and understanding English (everyone here is Vietnamese). After showing a picture of what I wanted for my nails I was told by Ms. Head Honcho (I'm assuming at this point she may be the owner or something) that that wasn't possible, which again, wasn't cool but what do I know????? Obviously nothing. I also want to note that when another customer walked in they were offered cold drinks... I, on the other hand, was not. When I paid for the services, Ms. Head Honcho was casually playing some mobile game at the front desk but I could see her PURPOSELY lean over to LOOK at the tip I was leaving on the receipt. I went to another salon and my nails were awful. I went into TLC to get them off and Lin said she could fix them rather than take them off! I was skeptical but my goodness she is amazing! I was treated professionally the shop was clean. I went in kind of late and Lin did not rush at all she even told me she takes her time and is picky about the nails she does because she wants them to look great and boy do they!! I've seen a lot of good reviews for TLC and some recent bad reviews. I was sorry to see that a customer with a disability had a bad experience. But maybe the technician didn't feel like she could provide the customer with a high quality nail job that she would be pleased with. That's quite different than "refusing service" or discriminating against the disabled. Please remember there are 2 sides to every story. I went yesterday to TLC and had a very nice experience. I have been here three times so far and each time has been a great experience with good service and great pampering. The salon is immaculate and kudos to the staff who work hard to keep it looking awesome! The owner's boyfriend went the extra mile to change my nail polish to a better color! I used to love this place but today was the worst experience I've ever had a TLC. they had us Soaking our hands for 45 minutes to the point where we end up taking our nails off and filing our nails down and then when we got done two or three different people kept working on our hands. Instead of 1 person. then they turn around charges us $40 for taking our own nails off..... they charged us $40. just to get our nails off and get our original nails painted. First of All you didn't take them off, we had too. After all that we found out all of our good techs had quit that place. so we just said forget about the pedicure will find somewhere else to go. Stopped in to get my nails done since the other salons were booked and thought I would give them another chance as I had gone to them years ago and stopped as they got to where they would always ask me to come back when they were busy! Was very disappointed as the woman that did my nails did the worst job I have ever had on my nails in 33 years! My first experience at TLC one word to express my opinion..... AMAZING!!! So If you're looking for beautiful nails check out Lin's work, she reminds me of the first nail Tech I had over 30 year's ago. Yes I said 30 year's ago! It's now been a week since I had my nails done and they still look like they did the first day, I also had a pedicure by Holly, and again my toe's still look clean and amazing! I went and got some acrylics here after a friend recommended them to me. I felt very unwelcome. I told the employee I wanted almond shaped nails and she told me I couldn't have them unless I paid more, but really it just sounded like she didn't want to do them for me. Used it go here all the time.  Service has gone way down.   Staff was not friendly anymore, even acted upset with me that I asked for some glitter on my toes nails. She told meIt would cost more and I was fine with this.I guess she was in a hurry or just not in the mood to do pedicures today.So frustrating.  I was the only person getting a pedicure and I am guessing this is why....  Was not offered a beverage like they used to, hardly any massage, didn't hardly scrub my feet with the normal scrubber.  I decided not to get the manicure I had planned on.  I didn't want to inconvenience her anymore.  Just really disappointing.  Owner wasn't friendly either.  What is the deal? My experience was mediocre. They should replace the carpet in the pedicure area so you are able to smell something besides mildew and mold. They need more people on staff that speak English fluently. The polish was applied so thick that my toenails never dried. I wore sandals for approximately four hours afterward to allow a solid dry time. Bad experience. I only gave 1 star because I had to. Made an appointment on Thursday for Friday morning at 10:30 because that was the time slot they chose for my group of 5 (birthday gift for my daughter's 16th). When we arrived we had to wait until 11 to even be seated. There wasn't even enough waiting room seating for all of us. They did a pedi on the 3 year old first instead of her mother or any one else, which meant her mother couldn't get her feet properly done, she had to settle for a polish change only (the little Hello Kitty chairs are a great feature). 2 people in our party had to go somewhere else because they didn't have enough pedi chairs. While the chairs themselves were nice, I soaked (no problem here) in the water for 30 minutes before being helped but the complete pedi took less than 20 minutes, the lady manhandled my feed, twisted my ankles around and massaged my legs and feet for a total of 1 minute (I timed her). I asked for the razor to be used and she wanted to charge me $5.00 for each foot. I reluctantly paid but rest assured I will never return and will advise my friends and their friends never to go here. We went to Idol Nails to get our Mani's done and they were more than happy to help each of us, they completed a touch up and the 3 year old got a flower on her toes for free. Read Less

This is the best nail and pedicure salon in Owasso! I tried so many others over the years and was never satisfied. Either the people were unfriendly or did a terrible job on my nails. When it came to atmosphere and comfort they lacked a lot too! But not TLC Nails! The people are super friendly and they do a great job on nails and toes! I love the comfortable and quiet atmosphere of the salon. They play great music and the videos are good too! They usually have the latest ones playing. The other thing is that they aren't constantly talking on their cell phones while working on my nails or feet! I hate that!
