Overpriced and rude. I visited this nail salon for the first time a month ago and had the strangest experience. Lady doing my nails hardly spoke a word to me and halfway through my shellac manicure made me pay and tip her? I had know idea how much to tip seeing as she wasn’t finished yet and honestly she was doing a subpar job as it is. When I asked why I needed to pay ahead she said because my nails wouldn’t be dry when it came time to pay at the end??? I wanted to laugh at that point but was so caught off guard that I tipped her $10 dollars and swiped my debit card. No nail salon that I have ever been to makes you pay ahead by the way. If you notice they have a high star rating but so many mixed reviews which isn’t a good sign. You take a chance with this place I guess. I decided to give them another chance today and my advice is to save your money!!! You should be given decent treatment for the amount they charge but it’s a gamble going to this place. If you can make the trip into Tulsa I highly suggest visiting Classy Nails - Blue Dome District. Each time I visit I get the same amazing treatment no matter who is doing my nails. Read Less

I've been here by walking in and by making an appointment. They are very accommodating, and have a very large staff to be able to take a lot of people at once. They offer a number of services, and are very thorough with their pedicures and manicures. I have been the last client in the salon before, because the tech was making sure that my nails were perfect and that I had time to put my nails under the UV lights. The techs are also honest with you; in one experience I had there, I chose a polish that was old and was not going on well, and instead of "making it work" she asked me if I wanted to choose another color. They are on the pricier side, and I have also had techs that do not speak English very well, so be aware of that going in. Read Less

Went here to use a gift certificate yesterday only to find it had an expiration date-who does that anymore? Frustrating because the tech talked me into spending an extra $20 on solar nails which i had planned on the difference being the gc. Overpriced for quality. My daughter and I arrived and I asked if they could do acrylic on my daughter..initially one guy said yes then the guy doing her nails told me he didn't want to do it that he could do shellac on her nails. I said okay and explained to my daughter she is not getting acrylic she is getting shellac and it will still look pretty. They finish her pedi and go to do her mani and walk over to me with nails glued to her fingers and asked me how short. I paused I was confused because we just discussed how she was not getting acrylic. I do not understand why we communicated one thing then the employee does another thing without communicating it with me again. Anyway it was 1 week to the day and she already has 1 nail that fell off and several others that are starting to lift. I paid $165 for 2 mani and pedi..1 mani that wasnt worth anything and the guy that did my daughter's nails was kinda rude. I was not expecting it to cost that much..I was trying to look at their price menu and they rushed me to go sit down I told them I wanted the basic for me with shellac. And basic for my daughter after discussing we agreed to do shellac on her as well. They ended up doing acrylics without further communicating with me and her nails are already falling off only 1 week after getting them done. After reading many good reviews I decided to try this salon for a pedicure. I am sorely disappointed I've wasted my money. "Chi" did my toes today, she worked too quickly hurting me with the cuticle trimmers and nail scraper. She literally filed my toes once across each nail and never even looked at me when I asked her to refile my toes so they are even. She's currently buffing my toes after filing and taking the skin off my knuckles more than buffing my toe nails. The regular polish selection was very poor and they all looked old. I hate to see what else I could write on this review by the end of this pedicure. I will never come back here. Go anywhere else. Read Less

I have visited this nail salon on several occasions for different things in hope that my experience would improve with different employees. It did not. As far as quality of service, my shellac manicures from here last half as long as another salons. As for pedicures, there is zero consistency as far as quality. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. They are never the same and there is no consistency, even with the timer they use. I have had to go back to have things fixed from this salon and have not others. It's a beautiful environment and they are friendly for the most part. I just don't recommend them because of the quality and the price. I pay about $20 over what I spend at other salons (shellac manicure and regular pedicure). I wouldn't mind the price hike if the quality matched the price. Just my personal experience! Read Less

When I moved to Owasso, Serenity was the first nail salon I went to. I originally intended on trying a few before select my "go to salon." But I never made it anywhere else. This is a great salon. It always looks clean. Staff is friendly and does a good job. Prices are average with other salons. I never feel like they are rushing to get me in and out, which is often a pet peeve of mine at other salons. I would definitely recommend you give it a try. Read Less

My favorite place in Owasso for Mani/Pedis! I do Gel Manicures on my real nails and have found they have the best products at the best price and really know what they are doing. I've visited other salons and the gel starts to chip quickly. I have not had this problem at Serenity! Read Less

Horrible experience. I get married in two days and had an appointment for me and my bridesmaids to get our nails done at 545 and we got there early and didn't get seated until 610 and They sat us all in different areas and at different times.  I was getting my underarms waxed after nails too. We all finished at completely different times making it awkward for the girls to just stand there and wait. When I went back to get waxed, the lady dipped the same stick in the wax multiple times after wiping it on me. It burned my armpits and she did a horrible job taking the hairs off. She went over the same area multiple times and it was starting to hurt. She then went to pluck the hairs and was pulling them the wrong way and my armpits were already raw from the multiple strips. She said she was finished and I looked at my armpits and there was still hair everywhere. I was so annoyed at this point that I just wanted to leave. I was told that I would be out by 715. I didn't get out til 745. I missed my uncles birthday dinner that flew in from Michigan for my wedding. I'm really upset with this business. I wasted $95 here. Never coming here again.
