First time going there on a whim after work on a rainy Friday. They were able to get me right in with no wait and everyone was very friendly! I got the powder dip gel set and absolutely love it!! The color is bright and fun and the powder feels so light and natural compared to the other gel mani or acrylic set I've always gotten. I will definitely be back! This place is AWFUL. The woman in charge of check in had me and the 1 other person standing there while she answered phone call after phone call after phone call. We stood there a good 10 mins before she said anything to us. The lady that did my pedicure spent the ENTIRE time asking me to add stuff for this much money... When someone tells you "NO" more than 5 times, GET. THE. PICTURE. !! She was worse than a car salesman. Since I wasn't budging on adding stuff she acted like I was bothering her. I have never had a pedicure hurt before but she managed to make this the most miserable experience I've ever had by a manicurist. I will NEVER go back there. Nails peel. They use cheap polish & the foot & leg massage with pedicures consists of rubbing the same place for the entire 20 min. Also the owner did the single blade eyebrows & informed me to come back in 1 year & there would be no charge. When I went back she added about an inch or more to the right one ,closest to my nose and not to the left one totally uneven. She also didn't add fill to either and charged me $175.00 to do it. I think she was angry because I stopped going there every 2 weeks for ped & gel manicure like I had for 2 yrs. I now go to Idol Nails where they give great pedicure massages for 40 min at least. The gel manicures are great & stay on for at least 2 weeks & the staff are so great. Would never give a dime for anything at Royal ever again. Neither should you. Read Less

I don't normally do this but I am so beyond disappointed. I went in two, TWO days ago. I got a French manicure and pedicure and yesterday I started seeing my nails were peeling off so today I returned to have them fixed and everything was fine but tonight I notice they're doing it again, and even worse! I received service from Tina and she was very sweet but when she applies the top coat she is sloppy and gets it on the skin, so when it dries it peels off of the nail as well. I have to say Tina redone all of my nails today. I have two that didn't peel completely off. TWO! It has also peeled off of my toe as well, very noticeable. My most recent experience here was awful. I have been getting my nails done for almost 10 years and recently the experiences have gotten worse. My nail techs name was Kevin. All I wanted was a fill and a shellac polish change. I pointed out in their color selection a light gray and he kept bringing me purple over and over so I decided to settle on just a neutral color. He then brought over a nice light nude color, which was fine. He acted like it was a chore to find a color even though I in the customer so the whole time he was doing my nails he was talking to an older woman in a language I don't understand I felt completely neglected. Despite the awful service and rude nail tech I tipped him $5 out of generosity. WELL, The next day I noticed that my pink nails were turning brown??? So I finally got some time to get them fixed and all I wanted them to do was take off the polish and paint them clear and they were going to charge me for it! Because Kevin wasn't there to fix the mistake they couldn't take the time to take off my polish and paint it clear. They couldn't even tell me when he would be back in the salon! How unprofessional! So now I'm stuck with ugly brown and pink nails because apparently he neglected to mention that the polish is mood changing and it will not go back to the nude that it was originally. In all the years I have been going to get my nails done I have never had my nails done so terrible before. Any time I go get my nails done I always get the shellac White French Tip. Once Tina finished my nails I looked at them and the nails were uneven and the white tips were crooked and uneven as well. Normally I would not say anything. I asked the girl at the front desk if I could redo them and she asked the owner, Davis, to redo them for me. He thought I wanted my nails to be straighten out but I wanted all of the nails to be redone.The blond girl at the front did all she could to help but Davis and Tina had no idea what to do. I am very disappointed. This was supposed to be a birthday present and because of their mistakes they ruined it. That was the first and last time I will ever go there. Read Less

I've been here twice now, first to get a pedicure which everything went fine, and I left happy. However, the most recent, I went in for a manicure and was assigned Tina. Tina was SO rough on my nails, scrubbing my cuticles with the block file and even after I told her to go easy, that it was hurting she made not just one, but SEVERAL nails bleed. When it came down to shaping my nails, not a single one was even remotely straight, and my left and right hands didn't match in length at all. I asked if I could file them myself to straighten then out and she'd give me the file for one nail then insist on trying herself again. After a couple if times back and forth. I finally said ENOUGH and told her I was DONE. Nail techs Kevin and Tom sitting next to me who spoke decent English told one of them would fix them when done. I gave Kevin a chance and he did great. But I'm still in pain from Tina's work, scabs along my cuticles, and my nails STUNG the entire time I was taking a shower this morning. I haven't decided if I'd go back or not, but one thing for sure is that I will never let Tina touch my nails again. Read Less

After two recommendations, I tried this salon. It's very large, and not very personal. I got a basic manicure without polish and my nails didn't look any better afterwards. I got a younger male as my tech who seemed very uninterested at best. I will definitely be trying other places. Read Less

first visit today per friends recommendation. got the Op pedi, basic mani; and haircut! It is very clean,well designed, and organized. everyone was very attentive. really do give you royal treatment lol. pedi was soo nice; she asked /checked with me alot for each step, little details throughout, manicure looks great,(Lisa) and hair stylist (Danielle)got my hair exactly how i wanted-very rare! very reasonable prices- all ranges- you choose options you want. even the manager or owner? came around twice to see how I was doing, and ask if it was satisfactory. I seldom do mani/pedi, but treated my self, and hair needed trimmed up. no waiting, no booking in advance, which I really appreciate,( Im a last minute,now that I have a time,kinda person).
