I just received a terrible pedicure. I chose the basic package which has increased to $35. I would expect a lot more service for that price. There was barely any time spent scrubbing, massaging, or using lotion. The painting was even worse. I chose a red polish and he got as much on my skin as on my nail. He then spent more time removing polish from my skin than he did on the entire rest of the pedicure. I left with all the skin on my toes tinted red. I was not pleased with the service I received. This was my second and last visit to Regal Nails in Owasso Walmart. I went in happy and asked for a pedicure, manicure and eye brow wax. After I was in a chair, the shop got busy. They kept bringing people in although there were not technicians to help anyone, and before long there were people waiting all over the place. The boy who did my pedicure took two hours. He told me he will be a senior in High School next year, and he did not seem to have any training on pedicures. I should have stopped him after he cut my toe nails so short, they were bleeding. I asked him to get one of the ladies because they put a special powder on my nail the month before to treat a fungus. He kept looking at the ladies, but they were so busy, he never actually called one over. Then he stared off into space for a while. He stared at my bleeding toes for a long time as well. At one point, he left me and ate a fish sandwich from the McDonalds. Finally, one of the ladies came over, and I showed her the mess he had made with my feet. She blamed me! She said I should have told her that I had a special situation with a toe fungus? She had to add fake nails to both of my big toes to cover the hack job the high school boy did. When she was finished fixing my feet, I told her I had been there two hours and fifteen minutes and would not finish with the manicure and wax. She charged me $45.00! I got a mani/pedi here while on vacation, and I WISH I could find a place like this in my city. The young lady, who did my manicure, was very gentle and courteous. The prices are completely worth it. Good place - I swear I will never ever ever go anywhere else :) Read Less

Paula was an absolute delight!! Not only did we have a good conversation while she was doing my nails she got them exactly how I wanted them with no flaws at all. By far the best Regal I've been too. Crappy nails this is not even worth the cost, she didn't fill in the sides or even go back far enough , the worst nail place I have ever been too, I will definitely never come back, it would have looked better if I did the nail polish myself and I'm bad at doing my nails, I do not recomend just a waste of time and money Read Less

I have been to regal nails in owasso 3 times and never again, my nails they put on keep cracking, breaking, sloppy sloppy job, I bet a 2year old could do a better job, its hurry get you out so they can fill the chair with someone else, or they can sit and take a nap, I've seen that more than once, they need new people in their that can do nails or they need to shut down, 2stars is bad, I wanted to give them a (0) but if you don't give one star you can't comment!!!!! Well first I would like to say they have good customer service. But I went in to get a full set acrylic well the guy done great job on the shaping but the acrylic wasn't all on my nail so it looked like my nails had already grown out and that's the same day I even brought it to his attention and he said nothing so I said whatever well then it came to painting my nails and he done horrible not all of my nail was painted there was holes and bubbles in the nail polish in my nails. So I'm give the 2 stars for the customer service. But I suggest do not go here n get a full set done, I wasted my money going here so now I have to wait 2 weeks and I'll find somewhere else to take my business. Oh and also forgot to mention he cut my finger and made me bleed.! Read Less

I went here and I thought that the service was great my nails were perfect. Until I took off my nails and I noticed a white patch on my skin, it was hard and looked like a hardened scab. I thought nothing of it until I just went ahead and peeled it off and it had seemed to start creating craters and the hardened skin was just bunched up in the holes.
