Bad bad bad. Sad to say it was a waste of money. I desperately needed my cuticles taken care of and the guy half way did them. He didn't shape or cut my nails. I had to ask him 3 times to do it and he did a half way job. Some nails are longer than others and some are uneven and some are shaped round and some square. So disappointing. This was my first time coming here. I was the only customer there. There were 4 employees there 3 of them were on the phone and 1 was on a laptop. This stayed this way the entire time I was there. After about 5 minutes of being there 2 more employees came in and both got on their phones and then they all started talking to one another which involved the woman that was helping me and of course she stopped and had a conversation with them. Not very professional if you ask me. The pedicure was ok, but the manicure was the worst I've ever had. My nails were crooked and jagged. They could easily get caught on fabric. There was tiny pieces of cuticle still on the nails that wasn't cleaned off, this was on about half of my nails. The woman claimed to have been doing this for 15 years. My normal place I go to none of the nonsense of talking to each other especially in another language goes on. You also never see another employee just sitting there especially on their phone. I came in to get a pedicure which was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. I asked for the $25 pedicure and to add shellac polish. I've gotten this numerous times from multiple places. Most of the time it is only a $5-10 up charge. I went to check out and he charged me $20 up charge for the shellac. This is crazy to me! I asked him why it was so much but didn't even have an answer. A bottle of shellac is $15-20 anywhere online. So it's clear that the price is not justified. Read Less

I got a full pink and white set done on a Friday and by the next day, about 6 out of 10 were already lifting at my cuticle. By Monday, almost all of my fingers looked white under the nail because they continued to lift. The tech was very good and he was gentle on my hands but I'm very unhappy with the longevity of the nails. By Monday I just took them off. I had one hand completely done in about 2-3 mintues, and if done properly, nails should never simply pop off. I really liked this place but unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else. Just say no to this place!! I was out and about and was needing to get my nails done... I usually get a mani and pedi but since it was my first time I opted for just a pedi.. I am glad I opted for just a pedi!! This was the worst nail salon I have ever been too!! All they did was soak my feet (in luke warm water at best), did a little filing on my feet, some luke warm towels with some kind of play, and a very very gentle massage.. I chose the $30 pedi.. It felt like the sole purpose was to get me in and out as quickly as possible and it included cutting every corner.. Seems like this time my 20% tip wasn't enough, they added another 5% to it. I live out of state, was only there because my mother was ill and passed away. I had picked my nails a lot while sitting with her, so I needed a manicure before the funeral. When I called Bali to discuss the charge increase, the lady who told me she was the manager said I would have to bring my card in to run it for them to credit me back - obviously not an option, I live 1500 miles away. So now I get to get my card cancelled and resubmitted just to fix their dishonesty and lack of cooperation to credit back their unauthorized charge increase. Shame on you Bali Nails. Read Less

This nail salon really SUCKS! I suggest you go anywhere but here. I wanted a new set of nails Instead of soaking my nails to remove the old set they ripped them off, so I'm bleeding because my real nails came off with the artificial. Not only did they have to repaint because it looked terrible...I told them not to use acrylic cause I was allergic to them and I broke out the next day because it is too late I am suffering so tomorrow I will try and get my money back and them taking off....my party is saturday and my nails will look like $hit.....NEVER go there!
