I have been to Posh Nail & Spa several times as a walk-in and always have a good experience. I'm always amazed even when they are completely slammed everyone seems to be calm, clean, and organized. Today I am currently 37 weeks pregnant with twins and was really needing some TLC as my feet, back and legs are pretty tired and soar. Today Daniel took care of me and I was blown away at his talent and massage skills! I can honestly say that was the best foot, leg, and neck massage I've ever had. My visit here was like no other. This spot was very busy but still very clean this past Mother's Day. I was told there wasn't a wait but still waited about 30 minutes to be seen which wasn't too lousy because I enjoy to "people watch". It was heart warming to see all the moms and daughters getting manicures together, drinking there glasses of wine or a nice and stiff margarita. I was loving it at that point!The lady, who's name I didn't not get, tended to my feet but her demeanor was a little strange. She didn't really say hi or speak. She didn't ask me for my drink order or anything. I pleasantly asked for water, so she stood, walked over to the cooler, grabbed a bottle, handed it to me and sat back down. STILL...NO WORDS!The pedicure met my expectations and the polish job  tickled my fancy. While my feet were drying, she then walked behind me and gave me the most intense 5 minute back message I've had in my 28 years on earth. It low key hurt....im thinking boy oh boy I wouldn't want to piss this girl off!As I was leaving no one said bye or thank you....it was just dead. Everyone was so into their own task at hand. Ah!!! All you have to do is look at those cute Hello Kitty chairs in the picture to know this place is going to be amazing!! A Coworker recommended this place to me, and I drove a little out of my way to get here, but it was SO worth it! The interior is amazing, and the service is PHENOMENAL! I was greeted very quickly upon entrance by a friendly gal and someone started working on my nails almost immediately. They have quite a system going to accommodate heavy customer volumes. My bi-weekly nail spot, I'm aways pleased with the service and the speed with which I'm seated and get my nails done. Love the full menu of different spa options for all their services and that even the most basic mani/pedi includes hot towels and stone massage. I love how large and clean the facility is and that there are a lot of different people who can do your nails who all have fun and different personalities. I feel like some nail salons make me fee a bit icky like the workers aren't getting their fair share of what I pay for the services or what I tip, so I love that you are picked up, have your service and then pay the same person here.They have nice amenities like the standard massage chair and a free beverage of your choice (soda, water white wine or a frozen drink) and often will come give you a free head and neck massage while your nails are drying. For the kiddos they have two Hello Kitty chairs to make them feel more comfortable, and there's also a large room in the back that can be made private with a curtain if you have a large group. I chose this place solely on their Yelp reviews and was very disappointed. The woman who helped me totally spaced off the entire time. She was inattentive and rushed through the process. So much so that she forgot to apply any lotion to my legs and only used oil. When I asked about it, she applied but did a piss poor job. There was zero massaging - rather just rubbing. She used their hot stones for less than 2 minutes total. It was the laziest pedicure I have ever had. Then she picked up my credit card from my table to go pay! I told her as I grabbed it back that I could handle it when I was finished waiting for my toes to dry. Paying I told her and the gentleman at the cashier that I was very disappointed. He apologized, she argued in a language I didn't understand. I told her I was happy to pay for the service bc that was fair but she in no way deserved a tip. This place is fantastic!My mom and I have been getting manicures and pedicures here since we moved to the Brookside area a couple of years ago. The facility is really large - a TON of chairs!- as well as very clean.Although I'm normally a plain pink/red polish kind of girl, they do have a pretty large color selection for both normal polish and shellac. I definitely recommend the upper level packages, because between the hot wax, hot stones, sugar scrubs and massage chairs, it is impossible to be stressed.I also want to give them a particular shoutout - they say they close at 7pm during the week, but they are usually very willing to stay open later than that. For example, last night I went in around 7:30, and they were just finishing up with a few ladies. They stayed late to wax my eyebrows for me (which I was so thankful for because it was a desperate situation), and the girl who did it did a really meticulous job - she didn't seem to be in a hurry. I tipped her very well and told them thanks a million, but I want to really commend them for caring about their customers so much - especially people who have been going there for a while.Overall, would definitely recommend. If you're looking for a reasonably priced fantastic mani/pedi or waxing service, Posh is the bomb, and if you think they're closed already and you can't make it - give them a call and just ask! I used to love this place, but lately the service has been subpar. After today, I will not be going back. Today, a piece came out of the tub, the technician got sugar scrub all over me, my toes are sloppy, and the technicians were quiet rude. While the salon is clean and the set up is nice, the service is not up to the same standard.When I asked for a towel to try and clean up the sticky sugar scrub all over my clothes and hands, I was ignored. The employees were so loud, I could not speak to my friend without yelling. The owner finally came over and asked them to quiet down. While the owner is nice and when I started to complain, she was very concerned, but I did not have time to sit and get all of my nails repainted. The best nail salon I've found in Tulsa!!! Only 40$ for a mani+pedi, and such a wonderful one at that. The massages are fantastic. Are they hiring professional masseuse's here?! I once told the woman I was in a hurry and she had me shellacked, massaged, and nails perfect in under thirty minutes! Also you can get a pedi that involves a head massage and it's WONDERFUL. Basically all around fantastic, have never had a bad experience here. Oh! AND the color selection is above and beyond. Shellack and regular colors, amazing! I really loved that this salon was so big and fancy feeling. It definitely has a different vibe than all other typical nail salons. I came in on a Friday afternoon around 2:30 and it was PACKED. There was a gigantic wedding group in, but I was still in a pedi chair immediately after I arrived (I had come to Posh after leaving Hollywood because the wait was too long and no one even noticed me come in), so it was nice to be seated right away at Posh. I was pretty jazzed for the massage chair for this particular pedi, but sadly, the chair didn't work. Big bummer. My nail tech was good, but not ver communicative. I got french for both mani and pedi and she did a good job with the white tip. That is always kind of a toss up, but she got it how I liked it. The one thing I didn't like was that they tried to push a more expensive pedi on me at the beginning, I asked for just the basic one, but when I paid it was for a more expensive one. I was in a rush to leave so I overpaid even though I had asked for the basic pedi originally. Just be sure to be very clear with what you want here! I have mixed reviews of this place. I have had good experiences and awful experiences. At times my nails look amazing and times I have to tell the tech to stop because she's hurting me or I have to go back because my shellac comes off in one day. Now I have had some amazing pedicures here. The top pricing one is relaxing to the max and one of my favorite past times. Probably one of the most prettiest nail salons I have been to in Oklahoma. Not to mention extremely clean but their side up is amazing. I love the hello Kitty pedicure chairs for little girls such a sweet touch.They are flexible on getting you in for an appointment and everyone seems extremely friendly. They offer a wine or water which is a nice touch.The only reason I am not giving them five stars is my nail tech did not listen to my needs. I asked for a more natural looking nail, and ended up leaving with what I feared. The owner was very understanding. My pedicure was okay but they left lots of wax on my feet and I never got the shoulder rub like everyone else did, which was disappointing.I plan to go back and hopefully this time they will excel my expectations, as I really love this place. WOAH. Just WOAH. I'm just gonna cut to the chase - I had the best pedicure of my life here.I was in a little slump and my mom in-law drove up to Tulsa for some cheer-ie times. She treated me to a mani/pedi here and I'll now have a hard time going anywhere else. The space is massive and totally clean, there are some small Hello Kitty seats for kids and there is a space that looks like it can be closed off for private parties of pampering. The massage chairs you sit in while getting a pedi are also phenomenal. Betty gave my mother in-law her pedi and Julie mine while Huyen tended to both of our manis. We got the $50 deluxe pedi and 1 hour and 45 minutes later... I can't even imagine what the next level is! A packet of chamomile lotions and scrubs were each individually wrapped and applied one at a time. Hot stones were brought out and even a bag of hot wax to make our feet the smoothest they've ever been.Color selection is ace - both for shellac and regular polishes! Read Less

Having recently moved to Tulsa from Houston, I'm in search of a place to get a monthly pedicure that is similar to the spa I frequented in H-Town. Sadly, Posh is not it but did a good job nonetheless.I walked in here on a Friday morning and was helped right away. I wanted just a basic pedicure but was continuously asked if I wanted: a sugar scrub, hot paraffin wax, a manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. Not once, not twice, but multiple times. That was annoying as I kept refusing.My pedicure turned out well but after two days, it has started to chip. Bummer.Adequate all around but my search will continue elsewhere. Read Less

Fast, clean, professional! I love when they do your mani and pedi simultaneously, and that's exactly what they do here. I got spa mani/pedi with Gel polish and I was in and out in 45 minutes. $57 total.  Salon was clean and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and did a great job.
