This is probably my 10th time ever getting tips/solar nails. I have never wanted to keep them before coming here. These are the most comfortable & beautifully crafted nails i have ever had. The shop is extremely clean and professional. The staff is very friendly. I gat a pedi after rolling my ankle. The parrafin treatment eith massage really helped. I took my daughter to have a manicure on a Friday evening. They were very busy and very friendly. We both wanted a basic manicure.The lady that did our nails was very nice, but my nail polish, which I picked from their supply, didn't even last two full days. I was very careful and did no yard work, only a few dishes. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not go back. A friend said I should call them, but while the lady was doing my nails, she stated that they do not guarantee the polish, since nothing will stick to natural nails. So here it is Tuesday night, only fours days later, and I have removed my polish, as it had chipped off so badly, it was time to take the remainder off. My daughter's nails are doing the same thing.Next time, I will visit the place my friend goes to, who states that if hers chips within a day or two, they fix hers.In all fairness, I have not called this business, since the lady stated they do not guarantee the polishc.
