This may not be the fanciest place, but it's my go-to for pedicures. Leo's foot/leg massages are enough of a reason to come....for a few more: the pedicures always last a long time, I'm constantly please with them getting me in for an appt when needed and the majority of customers seem to be regulars....always a good sign. The woman who gave me a mani/pedi was kind and did a fine job BUT the icing on the cake that decided the low rating? The lack of cleanliness in the salon. The fluorescent light/heated dryer for my nails was literally bursting with bugs. They must be attracted to the heat and were everywhere. They looked almost like a flea but were lighter in color. They jumped on my hands and crawled up my arms. I'm not talking about 2 bugs - this dryer was infested. When the woman asked why I pulled my hands out and were waving them to dry, I pointed. She quickly said "bugs?" and whisked it away - as if they were FULLY aware of this problem and hoping it had gone away. She clearly knew what I was talking about and wasn't surprised. I literally had night mares all night long that they were crawling on me and were a version of bed bugs. I'm considering calling the state licensing board - trying not to bc I want them to make a living, but I honestly could not have been more disgusted. And, I'm pissed that I had already paid $70 and was s grossed out that I rushed out without asking for any refund. Read Less

I will post a during and after.First impressions...I can tell they dont get many people of color. My water is barely lukewarm. Im a walk in and the lady who came in after me was told someone would be with her in 5 minutes..so some one will be eith ME when?? Its vey small . There appear to be licenses on the wall- no pictures. My water is almost cold. They made one girl stop finishing one girls nails and made her do my feet. I can tell I wont come back. Read Less

first pedicure I've had in a very long time and they did great! very gentle and only tickled when she was shaving my heels. I even got my nails powder dipped for the first time which was way easier than acrylic and no chemical smell either!!! I've been to many places over the years to get my nails done & then I came across this one. This is my absolute favorite nail salon. I love the staff, all of them are polite and very helpful. I love Lynn, she does an amazing job on my nails everytime. This is now my permanent nail salon. It's very nice && they also do dip powder nails! I love love love Vivi nails. Amy and her husband took over this salon in Oct of 2013 so don't let old reviews impact your decision. I have been to hundreds of nail salons all over the country and Amy does the BEST pink and white acrylics I have ever gotten. They look natural and stay on! Even better, she is fast. Pedicures are also amazing and the calf massage is just icing on the cake! Comfy chairs as well. When I lived out of the area, I literally scheduled my travel to OKC around getting fills so that I could see Amy rather than using someone in my own area. Vivi Nails prices are lower than most other salons I have been to because they are still in "business building" mode, but won't be for long with such great service and technique. Even if she increased her prices, I would continue going -- that's how good she is. Oh...I think it's important to note that Amy speaks excellent English and is an absolute pleasure to sit with during services. Her focus is entirely on me and what I want and need that day! They must be under new management or something. I have been going here for a couple of years and LOVED the deluxe pedi. They suck now. Just horrible. I was in and out in 25 minutes. They basically soaked my feet in water, wrapped them in hot towels and painted my toe nails. No massage and my feet don't really look like I received a pedicure. Waste of money. DON'T GO! I've been going here for almost two years, and I've never had a problem with their service or the quality of their work.  I've had amazing pedicures as well as manicures, and my 7-year-old daughter has had many kid's pedicures (cheaper than adults and they draw designs on the toes).  Every time, they've made her feel like a little princess, giving her a pink back rest so that she can comfortable sit and get her feet done.  I once left before my feet were completely dry and instantly smacked them into something, smudging one of my nails.  They fixed it right then and there, no problems.  As for nails chipping, even they advised that my manicure with color polish would not last very long.  If you use your hands, they're bound to get chipped!  But my pedicure color has lasted for well over a month looking as good as when I got them done. I stopped by Vivi nails yesterday after reading a positive review on Google+. Admittedly, if i had read the reviews below, I would not have had my nails done.I have been around the block when it comes to nail salons and recently reviewed Velvet Monkey 2 where I was treated to a a bevy of dead cricket carcasses surrounding the pedicure chair and yes I know dead and carcasses is redundant - but it REALLY freaked me out.I had an excellent experience at Vivi Nails. Both my manicure and pedicure were expertly done. Manicure - Nails were filed exactly as I wanted them, cuticles were expertly trimmed - this is what I mean by expertly - nicely trimmed with no nicks. My polish was well applied right to the cuticle line but not on it. The massage which is an important component to me was well done - not too light, multiple applications of lotion and of a decent length of time.Pedicure - Tammy did one of the best pedicures I have had. She was incredibly meticulous. Because of a recent relocation, I had not found a salon and as a result had not had my feet done for likely 6 weeks. She removed shellac without an additional change. Then she dremeled done the nails to a wonderful smooth surface. She applied callou remover and then took extra time working over the whole surface of my foot. She did a wonderful HOT STONE massage - that was phenonmenal. My polish, a cherry red, notoriously difficult to apply, was flawlessly applied. They took me on time for my appointment. Not once did I feel rushed. They created a box with my name on it. The cost was very reasonable.From my perspective, Vivi Nails is a top notch nail salon and will be my regular salon. This is the worst nail salon I have been to in Oklahoma City. And I work in a salon! I am very easy to please! The staff is rude, rough, and my nails look absolutely awful. I walked in and they waved me over to a pedicure station... didn't ask what I wanted/what color, etc. The water was scalding hot, and I politely asked them if they would make it cooler. They ignored me for a few minutes, and then a woman came over, appeared to change the temperature, and walked away without communication. The water was still scalding. It didn't matter, because they kept me waiting 45 minutes. I was able to put my feet in the water after a little while, but they were in the water for so long they got ridiculously pruny (you know what I mean). The entire time this was happening, two manicurists were doing a mani/pedi on the woman next to me. It was insanely warm in the salon (aka I was sweating, especially because of the scalding water). When one woman finally began my pedicure, she was very rough with my feet, cut them a couple of times (wtf?!) and called another woman over to look at my feet. Since I am not fluent in their language, I do not know for sure what she said; however, I can guess because the woman came over and gestured at my feet and appeared to be inspecting them. They had a conversation and I was incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed. I will never, ever go back to this salon. I recommend that you go ANYWHERE else, unless you want to pay for shitty service and shitty results. My nails look AWFUL. Cut up, messy, basically... I am going back tomorrow and asking for a refund.
