I have had many of manicures in my life but this place truly cares about how you walk out of their salon. I've never had a team of people seem so happy where they work, so appreciative of your business, ensure that you do not leave until your manicure or pedicure is nothing short of perfection. Customer service is second to none. I called last minute and they worked me in. They still made me truly feel like the same quality of work will be promised. What a great experience I had ! We walked in just about 45 minutes to closing and the workers were so nice and accommodating ! They took our whole group of 4 and we had a great time .  I had the chrome acrylic full set done and it was awesome ! The manager did my nails himself and he is an amazing leader ! The pedicure chairs are incredible and highly recommend coming to this nail salon! Get the deluxe pedicure - it was amazing ! The associates were wonderful and nice ! I loved the manager - he was so great and fun to talk to ! I am visiting from California for a work trip but I felt the need to post a review to let them know how awesome I think they are ! I’ve tried this place twice. I had a terrible experience first and the manager contacted me and gave me a free pedicure for how terribly I was treated. When I went to use it many months later I was treated rudely and my manicure lasted all of about 6 days. The staff speaks amongst themselves only and doesn’t understand English. I was rushed out of the salon after being there and almost two hours because the employee was going to slowly. All in all was not a good experience after going back a second time against my better judgement. I will not be back. i’m normally not a person to do reviews, but i came in and had my daughter with me tonight.. she’s 3 years old and she has cerebral palsy so she can’t entertain herself much.. she was fine through the pedi but while getting my nails done she started fussing and had to sit with me.. i just wanna day Johnathan was AWESOME about it! never acted like we were a bother whatsoever and he still did an amazing job! most nail techs would not have been so nice about it.i’ve been here a couple times before and it was always great but this made me a customer forever lol Read Less

I paid for a manicure and dip gel. My first technician was sweet, but she butchered my nails and cuticles. I've been snipped before but I have never left a place bleeding on literally every other finger. I could have done a far better job at home. I came back a few hours later to get them fixed by another technician. The photos I posted were taken AFTER coming back and giving them the opportunity to have another technician fix them... swollen, raw and uneven cuticles. Blood has dried underneath my top coat. It's difficult to tell from the photos, but I've got the very undesirable "bubble shape" and a slight ripple in the top coat. After going in twice I've decided to just deal with the loss, let my cuticles heal, and never EVER come back here again. I'd gladly give up the complimentary pretzels and water for a decent manicure. Since the first time my girlfriend and I came here we have been raving fans, we now try to come about once a month for pedicures. They have the best chairs, offer wine, water and pretzels, and the staff is always very friendly. The owner makes a point to come around and make sure you are having an enjoyable experience - he greets us every time now. They time their foot massages, so you never feel rushed. I came here on my lunch break and requested and gel mani and pedi. Once I picked out what looked to be the same color I was seated with a shout from one of the nail techs from across the room. Meanwhile a man, who looked like was waiting for quite some time left. Needless to say, these techs were rude and did not have any comprehension of working diligently. When they talked with each other, they stopped working. I understand cheating and having a good time when you're slow, but to completely stop what you're doing is not acceptable. Once she was done with my pedi, she started my gel mani by putting on the clear coat and removing it twice. Why? I have no idea. It was annoying to say the least and she kept yanking my hand. After, I noticed the color was nowhere near the same color as my toes. Out of sheer frustration I didn't say anything because I just wanted to get out of there.
