If I could give this place a zero, I would. I came because of all the great reviews on Yelp, so I feel obligated to write about my experience. I had 45 minutes before I had to catch a flight, so I decided to pamper myself and get a manicure. My daughter's communion is this weekend, and I wanted to look nice. The man who gave me the massage was a very nice Vietnamese man. I paid and gave him a tip before he finished; he encouraged me so that I wouldn't have to dig in my purse and mess up my nails. He put my hands under a light to dry my nails and said they would be dry in 5 minutes. They were still wet, so I stayed. I was pushing it on time I needed to get to the airport, so I left. When I got into the sunlight, I really saw my nails (it's dim in the shop). I was so disappointed because they didn't look good. I knew I was pushing it on time, but also didn't think I should have to pay for a bad job. I went in and explained very quietly that I wasn't happy with my nails. I didn't want to embarrass the man who did them, and I also didn't want to make a scene in front of the other customers. They offered to re-do my nails. I told them that I, unfortunately, needed to leave for the airport. I suggested they just give my half of my money back (certainly not an unreasonable request for such a bad job). She told me he did a full manicure, and that they couldn't give me my money back. I explained that it was a bad job though. They, again, said they could re-do my nails. I told them I was already running late. Then, the one employee said "So you are just going to sit here and argue with us? We could've re-done them by now." Really? How rude and inappropriate for a businesswoman to say something like that. It would've taken at least 20-25 to fix them, and they were all already busy with customers. I asjed if the money was more important than good customer service. They were nasty to me again. I explained that I would just leave a negative review instead. They didn't care. Save your money, and do not frequent this business who truly doesn't care about their customers or the service they provide. Sad. Read Less
