My wish is having a similar salon in my home town. Peaceful and orderly cleaned. Came in on a weekday, not very busy so get the most relax Swan pedicure with a glass of red wine. I have been going to Swan Spa & Nails for awhile now, I don’t have on specific nail tech although my nails most always look great! I got my nails done this past Friday & had to go back in yesterday & today to get them fixed. When the owner noticed I had come back in again he sat down and re-did all of my nails (not just the broken ones) without me even asking him to! AND when I insisted on giving him a tip he declined! Watched owner/management girl file her calluses on her feet next to the lady that was doing my nails, SHE did this for 10 mins until her appointment walked in with a two week old baby and I proceeded to watch her use the same nail file that she just use on her feet on this lady’s hand! I have been going here for the last 3 months but the last two Times my shellac was starting to peel on a nail or two after 4 to5 or six days so the second time I made a comment and they gave me a five dollar off coupon and said this is all they could do and they don’t give refunds as I explained I wasn’t looking forfor a refund was just concerned that I had just spent $90 on my toes and nails every two weeks I wanted them to last until the next appointment. I haven't gotten my nails done here but HUGE nail Salon and very open.  There's plenty of chairs and It seems to be well staffed.  I've been here a few times to get my lash extensions done for an event.  I went to Amy and she is very meticulous and thorough with her work.  Very patient, patient, and flexible with schedule!  She's quick to respond and able to get you in.  I've had plenty of compliments on my lashes and they stay on for 2-3 weeks.  Stop by for some beautifying stuff!! This place is literally also Lash Studio, & I got a lash lift here, and it was AWFUL. My eyelashes are curling over themselves, and they are absolutely fried! I called to let then know I wanted a refund, which the person on the phone said was regretful, but not a problem (summarized). When I got there they tried to give me a 25$ gift card which was only 1/2 the amount the lash lift costs, and said they don't do refunds!! I drove 30 minutes for that. This place sucks. Read Less

Very pretty surroundings and a friendly staff. I wasn't expecting to walk into such a pretty nail salon. Chandeliers and the initial offer of something to drink. Very nice. The massage chairs were awesome. My friend came with me and sat and enjoyed her massage as I got my hooves handled. Su was lovely, she did a great job. She was friendly and funny. I hadn't had a pedicure in a while and she brought out the grater for my heels. We were all laughing at her look of determination at getting all the rough spots off my heels. The tech clearly had no business being in this line of work, couldn't see my eyebrows or lashes until after I left, tried to get her to fix the nails after I saw how thick she made them by asking her to file them down, the one service I got to see as it was happening clearly too much to be bothered. The guy who greeted us was very nice, but that's where it ended. I will never go back. I took myself and a 12 yr old girl to get manicures.  They didn't even do anything with her nail bed, just basically polished.  Mine, they did everything except they didn't say stem my cuticles, so they were ripping my skin off. This is my third visit to Swan Spa & Nails. My first two visits were just mediocre, so I decided to give it one more chance. It will be my last visit. I had the basic spa pedicure. Went on a weekday afternoon. The salon was not terribly busy - only two others getting pedicures and a few getting manicures. But I had to wait for 20 minutes for a nail tech to start my pedicure. It was a very hot afternoon, and the salon was very warm. Not enough A/C. The tech was not friendly and rushed through the pedicure, stopping twice to go back to check on the previous client whose nails were drying. I asked for my nails to be trimmed so that they were all even in length. The tech seemed annoyed to have to trim them and then only trimmed certain nails. They are noticeably uneven in length, and several are not cut straight. Used oil for the leg/foot massage and did not rinse or towel off afterward, so I was slipping on my sandals until I could get home to shower. Possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. Read Less

I was looking for a place nearby to get my husband and I manicures before our vacation, and this place was just around the corner. Decent reviews, clean salon, I decided to give it a go. Amy did my nails and they look AMAZING. The last time I got a gel manicure it was thick and gloppy and I peeled it off almost immediately. This is toootally different. It is opaque but not too thick, and it hasn't budged or chipped for anything! I waited a few days to write this to see if it could stand up to my swimming in the ocean, cooking, banging my hands into things, etc. Nothing. I am super impressed. The lovely woman who did my husbands nails did a great job as well (his hands were looking rough and even I couldn't manage them)! We walked in on Memorial Day and I got a paraffin manicure and after some deliberation decided to add just a polish change for my toes as well. Alex was so great and efficient. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was sticking my whole hand into the paraffin, which I assume everyone prior to me has also done at this location. Asked for gel received regular polish...pedicure consisted of a one handed "touch" not massage while her other hand was texting on her phone. Needless to say i didn't get my nails done. I typically go to another salon, but they were about to close so I decided to try Swan. I walked in at 6:45p (closes at 7:30) and asked if they would have time for a gel manicure and a pedicure, which they did. My pedicure felt rushed and was left with polish around my cuticles and around the nails. My manicurist shaped my nails crooked and very pointy after I asked for round/almond so I had to refile them as best as I could to get them to the shape I wanted. The salon's atmosphere is relaxing, pretty, very spacious and have a large selection of polish colors. I know of friends who have had great experiences and love this salon so I could have caught them at a bad time. Read Less

I love Swan Spa! It is a beautiful facility that is always a clean, relaxing environment. You can normally walk in without an appointment and get a mani/pedi with no problem. They offer complimentary drinks and the massage chairs are wonderful! They always use fresh liners in the foot spa and make sure you like the water temperature. Overall it's a great place. The only downside is the amount of time technicians spend on their phones. But on the bright side, someone always comes and rubs your shoulders while you get a manicure and it is fabulous! I came to Swan Spa and Nails on a whim because I live close-by. It's not my usual nail salon I'm used to going to, but I thought I'd give it a try. However, I was super impressed with the customer service and friendly staff! Inside, the salon is very clean, and there are tons of chairs to accommodate their customers. I didn't have to wait at all because I went at an unusual time of day, but I don't think I would've waited long even if they were busy because of all the chairs and staff that are there! I got the acrylic nails, with a gel color. They have so many colors to choose from it was hard to pick! I was impressed by the selection! Mei was the lady who did my nails (I'm not sure how you spell her name, but she told me you pronounce it like, Me). She was talkative and sweet, and was very detailed with my nails. I could tell she cared about the quality of my nails when she asked if I liked the cut and shape of my nails, or if I wanted anything different. I was a first-timer, I did a walk in for a simple manicure on a Sunday. The nail technicians were very friendly, their salon was very beautiful and elegant, and they practiced very sterile habits. This place is new but I have been twice now with no complaints. Both times have been pedicures and I was able to be seated right away. The chairs are nice and $35 for a deluxe pedicure which includes a paraffin wax treatment is a great price. Both of my pedicures have been 20% off because of their current special. I'm new to OKC from Tampa, Florida so I needed to find a good nail spot. This place is new, right by my apt and offering 20% of all services so I thought I'd try it out. Good: I arrived at 9:50 and there was no one in there so I didn't have to wait. They use new liners in all the pedi tubs and use new/sealed equipment and wear gloves. They place is new, nicely decorated and big. The prices were reasonable ($25 for a basic spa pedicure and $20 for my acrylic fill). The man doing my nails-"T" was friendly and super fast....the quality looks ok but we'll have to see how long it lasts. Bad: So my nail tech was friendly....but constantly on his phone. He even took several short phone calls while working on my nails. I don't like the gold accent color he selected for my nail (but I should have spoken up in all fairness). One lady came in for an appt and by this time several more people had come and all the techs were busy so she had to wait (it seems as tho they forgot to write her appt down). Another woman came in and was told to "go to another place" Bc they didn't have anyone to work on her nails. Also, I like to do designs and put appliqués on my nails and this place didn't have any....Bottom line is I think I'll give it another shot but will try out some other places too. A great new place with super friendly people! They did a great job with our group of 6. Even their basic pedicure is a real treat with a thorough massage and wonderful organic products.
