I had been once before for a manicure and liked the experience so I decided to go back for a pedicure. The girl was very sweet and accomadating. Having said that, I am surprised nail salons still use foot shavers as apposed to the foot file. You are not supposed to remove so many layers of skin that your customer jumps and pulls their foot away. She used it for an unreasonable amount of time which honestly, could have been used for a better massage. We went shopping after our pedicures and my heel was really hurting. I took my shoe off and I was bleeding. My other heal is very sensitive as well. Absolutely loved this salon! Booking appointments online was quick and easy. When we arrived they had us pick our colors and sat us down almost immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Kinda a short pedi but not ok.  Leg and foot massage was great but big toe was cut while trimming cuticles. I was not even the slightest bit impressed with this nail salon. My friends and I went there this past weekend and out of the 4 of us only 1 person was okay with the way her manicure turned out. Before we got started I showed my nail tech a picture of the shape and design I wanted. She told me she'd be able to do it. The shape was not at all what I asked for, the design that she said she was able to do didn't work on my dipped nails and the polish doesn't cover my whole nail. I originally asked for a dip manicure and eyebrow wax. However, after seeing how butchered my nails were after nearly 3 hours of being there I didn't trust her with my eyebrows. My patience was pretty worn as well and my friends were waiting for me to finish so that we could go about our day. Needless to say, I was disappointed with my experience and won't be returning. I randomly decided to walk in here one day as it's closer to my house than my normal salon, and I was pressed for time. Was not impressed with this place at all. I did like the decor and color selection, there were tons of gel color options. The receptionist was super unfriendly. I was a walk-in during the middle of the day. There was one other client getting a pedicure, and a couple getting manicures. It was not busy at all, with multiple employees sitting around. The receptionist basically started yelling at the nail technician who would be working on me about which pedicure chair to go to. The technician said she didn't want to sit there, and the receptionist said she'd give me to someone else. The nail tech barked back that she didn't care, someone else could do me. GREAT first impression. The tech wasn't awesome. She spent most of the time talking to her coworkers in Vietnamese, which doesn't normally bother me if they are actually doing a decent job. She was pretty rough with my feet, and actually cut my big toe, which progressed into a bacterial infection and I'm having to take antibiotics. I felt like she was annoyed that she was having to work. The pedicure with gel polish cost about $20 more than it costs at the place I normally go to. In essence, I paid $20 extra for a bacterial infection, and a not great pedicure. Definitely will  never go back there again, and the owners should take a serious look at how their employees are treating customers. Read Less

I’ve come to Polished 4+ times now. After every appointment, about a week later, a nail breaks. It’s a different nail each time but I’ve never had any of my nails break and it’s only happened after having them done here. Every time I’ve had a broken nail, I have to pay the fee of getting it fixed and when they do fix it, it’s never reshaped to the style of my other nails. It gets left square and unfiled. My nails have come out very chunky, uneven and just completely un-uniform, every single time I’ve had them done here. I’m so disappointed because I’ve come countless times and it’s the same service each time, no matter who you have. I wish I could believe it would be better the next time but after being disappointed this long and even being referred to your top artist there, it’s just not up to my standards. Read Less

My favorite nail salon. It's clean. It doesn't smell like toxic chemicals. The decor is upscale but you don't pay upscale prices. The staff is pleasant and personable. Excellent service and a great price! I went in for a new dip nail, and they were able to accommodate me even though it was their 1 year anniversary party. I had a dip nail done at another salon previously, and they were able to remove that, put on a new coat, and get me on my way within 40 minutes! I am sad at how my experience went here. I openly admit that I have very specific wants, expectations, and request when it comes to my image, but who shouldn't? When you are paying for a service you should not feel bad about being detailed oriented. Christy (the lady who gave my mani/pedi) from the beginning lost lots of respect from me. She took little to NO time to see if my nails were even across the nail, nor did she take time to shape them as I requested. I asked to have them buffed and made to shine, but she laughed and made some comments to her coworkers. I immediately asked her if she was referencing me with her comment and she responded "yes, just saying you are too picky!" Insulted I told her that I am paying for her service so I expect to get what I request! Towards the "SEMI" completion of my service Christy proceeded to text her next client and ask how close she was. Personally I find this rude and again insulting! I had a nail corner chip off while washing my hand before they were even polished. Last time within a week 2 nail corners did the same thing and this is gel. I'm not even hard on my nails. I have always gone to Polished, I used to live in Yukon and went to the location there. I recently moved and began coming to this location. I got a full set done by Annie, and let me tell you... I have never had such a great set of nails In my liiiiffeee. Usually when I get a fill or set the acrylic is a bit lumpy and my nails look thick. I don't mind, I know acrylic is thick and people don't notice if they're a little thick, but she laid it on my nail so smooth and perfectly... they look like my real nail, it's so smooth!!! I recently went to Polish for the first time, and that is for sure my first and last time I will be going there. I got there and didn't make an appointment but I knew I would need to wait. It started at 10mins then they would say 20 then 45. The front desk person was so rude. Finally, when it was my turn, the girl who did me didn't say a word to me and asked me 3 times if I wanted the upgrade. Before she started painting my nails, she made an argument over what color I picked! She was just rude. After the 1st coat of nail polish,  my nail got dinted and I pointed it out to her and she ignored it! I'm not the best at nails, but I could have down a WAY better job than they did. "The saddest thing in life is wasted talent."  A quote from one of the best mob movies ever made, A Bronx Tale, pretty much sums up my experience at Polished Nail Salon.  This place has so much potential!! The interior just sings to a girly girl's heart with Tiffany blue walls and sparkling chandeliers at every turn.  It screams "we want you to feel luxurious."  There are adorable nail-related quotes on almost every wall ("It's all fun and games until someone breaks a nail").  So naturally I was really excited when I happened upon this place on my trip to OK.  But then I sat down in my massage chair to start off my mani/pedi experience and it all started to go downhill from there.  The staff were not very friendly and they spoke to each other in another language giving off the appearance they were speaking ill of their customers essentially right to their faces.  My nail tech was a bit rough with my toes and even though she could tell I was extremely ticklish when she scrubbed my feet, she didn't try to find a way to work around that.  And there is nothing worse than showing your nail tech a picture of how you want your nails done and having them make you feel like you're imposing on them.  Isn't that your entire job??At checkout when they asked how everything was I mentioned that the nail tech wasn't very friendly.  Their response?  .........................................There was none.  I don't live in OK but if I did, I wouldn't be a repeat customer at this nail salon. When I'm dropping nearly $80 to get a mani/pedi I expect a flawless experience from start to finish.  Also, they charged me $3 extra to use an OPI polish that is supposed to last as long as shellac and not chip for upwards of 10 days.  My nails were chipping after only 4 days.  Don't waste you money on the up-charge. All of the yes for the newest location of one of the nicest nail shops in town. I love this new location, tucked between Yokozuna and Sidecar and Menchie's in Chisholm Creek! I had just enough time to stop in here before an event tonight and get a gel mani. The signature Tiffany blues, pretty chandeliers, calm atmosphere and friendly staff you've come to expect from Polished, but in such a cool little strip with other fun stuff to see and do, and a part of town that has big plans for live/work/play. I'm glad Polished literally got in on the ground floor. They got me right in at about 4:45 and Jennifer took care of me. She did a perfect job - she paid so much attention to detail, giving my cuticles some much needed love and getting the polish perfect. I will definitely come back to this convenient location, and I will ask for Jennifer too! I was happy to see you can make an appointment on Mind Body Online, too, since I use that app all the time for other places, and you can't always afford the luck of the draw to just walk in somewhere. I absolutely love coming to Polished. Trina is the best! I love that you can make appointments through the Mind Body app, so you don't every have to pick up the phone and call if you don't want to. Everything is very clean and sanitary, which is so important to me! The pedicure chairs are amazing...so comfortable! And they have a tremendous selection of regular nail polish, gel, dip! This is a really clean salon. Up in Edmond so a bit of a drive for me, but I will make it. They always take their time and make sure the polish is perfect. They have a product called Infinite Shine by OPI that lasts longer than regular polish but comes off with nail polish remover at home. I love this salon, BUT my last visit there was disappointing. Jessie, I believe her name was kept making comments about how she's working late and not getting off on time, obviously because she was doing my nails. It hasn't even been a few days since my visit and my polish is discolored and doesn't look great. My overlay isn't evenly filed and looks thicker at parts. Plus, I'm over charged for an overlay and color.. never paid $45 for that service in my life and I have had an overlay and color done plenty of times.
