Dropped in for a gel manicure because my regular place was booked. The tech immediately started filing and buffing my nails and used the drill on my cuticles without soaking them at all. She asked if I wanted the powder and I declined telling her I had tried it in the past and didn’t care for it. She pushed for powder and appeared annoyed that I wanted to do gel polish. She then asked if I wanted a deluxe manicure or regular. I just wanted the regular manicure which apparently at this place means you get a quick zip with the file and drill, then soak your cuticles in water for literally 30 seconds, get a quick sweep over a few areas with the clippers and lose a little skin in the process, and finish with a sloppy polish job followed by 2 baggies of parafin to sit in over your already polished nails. The polish has bubbles on every finger, is uneven, and is all over my fingers. She got the parafin on my watch on one hand and on my sleeve on the other arm with no apologies just a weak attempt to wipe it off and move on. The tech walked me to the register and ran my credit card for the $25 gel manicure. I tipped her $3 because I didn’t want to be totally rude and leave her nothing. She did such a crappy job & was rude when I didn’t get the services she wanted me to, I couldn’t bring myself to tip her more. I said thank you and handed her the receipt and when she saw my tip amount she immediately spun around to the tech working on another customer and popped off something in whatever language she speaks. The other tech made bug eyes at me and we had a little stare down for a few seconds until she finally had to look back down at her clients nails. My tech didn’t say a word to me after I paid she just stomped off to her table and picked up her phone. I don’t know the techs name because she wasn’t professional enough to even introduce herself, but she works on the east side of the salon 2 chairs in from the door. Avoid that seat and the tech that goes with it or you’ll be walking out with a sloppy, lazy manicure, and a hefty dose of attitude. That experience will keep me from ever going back to Nailtique again. Read Less

Fantastic quick customer service and very meticulous nail techs. You can walk in or schedule an appointment. I went here 3 years ago before my wedding with my bridesmaids and we were treated like royalty (we called ahead of course to make an appointment). Had a great time and came back for my sister-in-law's wedding. I recommend using the dip powder if you want your nails to last for multiple weeks. Plus it's better to not get UV exposure you get from doing the gel. This is definitely my go to nail salon! Read Less

I love the owner. SHE is the only one who is ever nice. The other techs are SO RUDE! ESP THE GUY!! I always make an appt and if I'm a walk in and the owner can't take me i will leave from now on. WORST EXPERIENCE! If you want better service PLEASE get new techs who are good at customer service. The one tech i had the other day asked me what kind of pedi i wanted, when i told her she then threw the paper with an attitude. She cut my nails slanted and when i asked her to fix them she rolled her eyes, the water was also extremely hot and when i told her it was hot (because she didn't care to ask if the water was good enough temp for me) she then shook her head and rolled her eyes. The best place to be pampered! Ann has been doing my nails for almost 10 years. Her shop is always clean and friendly. It's easy to book an appointment and they take walk ins. The spa pedicure chairs are fabulous and there are SO MANY colors to choose from when getting your nails done. It's the best! Read Less

Ann has been doing my nails for almost 10 years. I wouldn't go anyplace else. Her salon is lovely and I have never had a bad experience there. She has so many beautiful colors of dipping powder it is hard to choose just one. My daughters go to Nailtique as well and they love it as much as I do.
