Since the first time I went in, they have treated me as nothing less than family, and they treat every customer the same way. All of their employees do the most top quality nails and are very consistent with their services, 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

They do an amazing job with acrylics! Everyone was friendly both times I have been. Its not like at mall salons where you feel like they are talking trash about you the whole time - the techs talk to ...
They do an amazing job with acrylics! Everyone was friendly both times I have been. Its not like at mall salons where you feel like they are talking trash about you the whole time - the techs talk to you not each other & if they do it's usually English. I love that. My only issue is I decided to try the eyelash extensions & there was no communication from the tech. She just jammed tape on my lower lashes and the tape hit my eye causing it to water really bad. Then when I left I could see that she didn't apply them evenly and some were on my skin. She said it would last 2 weeks before needing a fill but should stay on for a month. She didn't seperate individual lashes to apply either. By 3 days about 1/4 of the lashes fell out. They were also ones that were on my skin. By 1 week half had fallen out or were attached to lashes that shed and ones that were still attached causing a lot of itching. It has been 10 days and all of the lashes have fallen out. I definitely will only come back for the nails.

While they were really friendly, it took two hours for my mani pedi with two people doing it. I had French tip gels on my hands and just regular polish on my toes. The lady who was doing my nails also cut me four times and not just a little on two of them. If I pay 70 dollars for a mani pedi I expect not to leave bleeding.

I can't say enough good about Nail's Unlimited! I have been going to Don for years! I invite or take along family and friends and recommend them often. In over 40 years of having my nails done no one compares to Don's nail designs and artistry. He can duplicate any photo and once did the NBA logo on one nail and The Thunder logo on another. His work is detailed, complete and amazing. He remembers all their customers and welcomes them by name as they arrive. Even though he is about a 40 minute drive for me (and I pass dozens of salons along the way), I can't imagine going anywhere else! I recently had my nails done for my daughter's wedding and my husband had a manicure as well. I highly recommend them to all.

This is my second time coming in, and is now my regular. The first time I came in, a lady from Hawaiian Nails & Spa RUINED my nails. They fixed them, gently, and even now, a month after the original fix, they were gentle and offered a solution to grow my natural nails out again. Friendly and genuinely care about your nails!

I called multiple places before I went in and asked (specifically) if they had CHILDREN'S Pedicure chairs and no one had any. I called here and she ASSURED me that they did! We walk in and guess what....
I called multiple places before I went in and asked (specifically) if they had CHILDREN'S Pedicure chairs and no one had any. I called here and she ASSURED me that they did! We walk in and guess what...? NO CHILDREN'S CHAIR! I was SO upset. They told me that my daughter could just put a pillow behind her back. I don't know about you, BUT I personally do NOT want to pay to sit in a pedicure chair that I can barely reach the water and I can't feel the massage bc an oversized pillow blocking me and the chair.
I wanted to leave SO BAD, but the look of disappointment from my daughter kept me there.
She still tried charging me full price, and argued about it with me.
(If this would let me I would give it NO stars, but apparently I have to at least give it one)
.DEFINITELY NOT A RETURNING CUSTOMER.

I asked for my boyfriends initials and they put a design... and I clearly pointed at him and said DRH. Then I had 4 people that worked on my nails . My nails only costed 35 my boyfriend gave them 45 ...

My nails only costed 35 my boyfriend gave them 45 and was expecting change but got nothing back so they took a 10 dollar tip. Defiantly will not be coming back.

They do an amazing job with acrylics! Everyone was friendly both times I have been. Its not like at mall salons where you feel like they are talking trash about you the whole time - the techs talk to you not each other & if they do it's usually English. I love that. My only issue is I decided to try the eyelash extensions & there was no communication from the tech. She just jammed tape on my lower lashes and the tape hit my eye causing it to water really bad. The lady who was doing my nails also cut me four times and not just a little on two of them. If I pay 70 dollars for a mani pedi I expect not to leave bleeding.

I can't say enough good about Nail's Unlimited! I have been going to Don for years! I invite or take along family and friends and recommend them often. In over 40 years of having my nails done no one compares to Don's nail designs and artistry. He can duplicate any photo and once did the NBA logo on one nail and The Thunder logo on another. His work is detailed, complete and amazing. He remembers all their customers and welcomes them by name as they arrive. Even though he is about a 40 minute drive for me (and I pass dozens of salons along the way), I can't imagine going anywhere else! I recently had my nails done for my daughter's wedding and my husband had a manicure as well. I highly recommend them to all.

We walk in and guess what...? NO CHILDREN'S CHAIR! I was SO upset. They told me that my daughter could just put a pillow behind her back.
