Horrible customer service. I went there with a friend for the first time and they did a good job. I went there the second time to get my nails done for a special occasion and they did a hiring job. I don't like to complain so I left unsatisfied and topped Kim well. Went back today to get het mistakes fixed and she didn't see a problem so she wouldn't fix them to my satisfaction. I have been here a handful of times because it’s convenient. I especially enjoyed going on Sunday’s when the owner’s mother was there because she made my feet feel excellent. I went in yesterday and another lady did my pedicure. I don’t know her name, but it wasn’t Linn or the lady with the son. Anyways, when she finished painting my toes, I realized my feet were still rougher than I was comfortable with so I asked her to please scrape my heels a bit more. She told me she had scraped them enough and that I need to use Vaseline at night. I told her I use many oils, however I’d still like my feet grated more to be smoother since I am paying for the service and she STILL refused and instead, put oil on my heels. I was visibly irritated and upset and the lady next to me (a customer) even said how that wasn’t right. That will be my last time going back in. I’ve always looked past how hurried of a job they do, how unsanitary the salon is period, but refusing me a request that I’m paying you for was the final straw for me. Read Less

This place is terrible! Would not recommend it to anyone, they have only one good worker named Jenna and sadly she wasn't here when I went today! But because of my service today, I refuse to ever attend here again! Kim is a terrible business woman, every nail set she does, she rushes. Well at least with me! She's more into her phone than her job and should go back to Nail Tech school! I asked for long nails and got extremely short! When I voiced my opinion, the women who painted my nails did TERRIBLE. I now have bubbles in my polish and extremely short nails! I still had to pay full price! They are terrible and doesn't deserve anyone's service! Read Less
