If you want to get your hair cut/dyed/styled, ask for Quynh. She's the best! She's fast and her work is impeccable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was exactly what I got. I went from box-dyed black hair to a lottt of blonde highlights + brown hair so she gave me a treatment in addition to all the toning. First time I tried this place. Made an appointment for a mani-pedi & showed up on time. Waited several minutes before someone noticed me. Then they filled a tub to soak my feet. Soaked for 45 min and no one showed signs that they would be starting my pedi anytime soon so I decided to leave. I was told they were shorthanded. Either they over booked, took walk-in's without consideration of booked appointments, or employees called in. If they had employees call in them they should have called me & let me know so I could reschedule if needed. I will never go back. I would give zero stars if I could. Read Less

It's been a long time since I went in to this salon. I actually only came because the two other salons I called couldn't (or wouldn't) fit me in.
