Best pedicures I've ever had! I've paid almost 2x the amount at a hotel spa and gotten way worse of a pedicure. All the ladies are amazing. My first time was incredible with Lena, but my second times was the worst experience I have ever had! They said they could do the design I showed, but they were not able too, I asked to just erase the one nail I wanted the design on and start over , but they started to mess on top of it doing their own thing, drawing lines that I never asked... if I could leAve here a picture of my nails after they were done those who are reading this would think twice before spending their time and money here. they didn't even discounted for not being what I wanted, they didn't even offer apology, is like I would have brought the most difficult design... aren't they suppose to do or glue designs on your nail??? Wonderful Service. Clean relaxing atmosphere. Having girls day out with family. Our first stop US Nails. There were seven of us, before we could get in the door we were rudely greeted with we are to busy. There were three people being serviced in the salon. When asked about wait time the lady turned her back on us with no response. Thank you for treating us that way. We found Belgio Nail & Spa. My family and I found this nail salon strictly by accident; we originally planned to have our nails service done at US Nails. We were rudely turned away. As I'm getting my nails done at a place iv gone for years, my nail lady (who is Vietnamese named jenny) is saying how sad it is for our country and people who aren't "white." She knows I'm Mexican and continues to say how hard Mexicans work. She goes further to say, "it's just the black people that are lazy." She laughs after saying this and notices I'm not, and quickly changes the subject. I have never felt so mad/sad or uncomfortable in my life. I did tip her but also let h...er know she lost a customer. I told her my family is black, my nieces, my fiancé, my father in law, MY FAMILY is black. I let her know how unfortunate it is she thinks this way, that I would pray for her and today they lost a customer. Needless to say, it's 2017 and racism is still alive, from all races. They are always flexible with my schedule and super accommodating for my 3 year old daughter. They have adorable pedicure chairs for little girls with DVD players and smaller seats. The prices are reasonable and the service is always prompt and fabulous. Lily gives the best pedicure ever and the owner Cathy is very professional yet kind and fun.
