By far the best nail salon I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiling faces. They are genuinely happy to see you every time. The professionalism and friendliness is outstanding. I won't go to any other nail salon and I have never been disappointed here. Worst nail place I have ever been to. Only positive they offer wine. I asked for almond shaped nails. I got square. I kept saying can you please round them out more and she just wouldn't. My nail were thick and lumpy. They also looked cloudy. I cried when I got to the car. After leaving, I had to come back to have her make corrections to the back of the nails which she did. She left them extremely thick and glued to my fingers. I have never had my nails so unprofessionally done before. Sandy is THE BEST! I left another salon bc of the way they kept messing up my nails. So when I first came in, I let Sandy know what happened previously and she promised me it would never happen with her and has kept her word! The salon is clean and everyone is very nice and friendly. My friend and I visited this hidden gem last night and had a wonderful experience! We both had mani/pedis and the service was excellent! It was a very clean nail spa and they use new tub liners for each customer. They offered a lot of different nail colors: regular, gel, and shellac. I was impressed with the number of favorable reviews that were posted, but even more impressed that there was dialogue with customers. Everything we read about AM Nails rang true. We were greeted warmly and spent a great afternoon engaging with our wonderful nail technicians, Helen and Chris (they both were so nice to my daughter which went a long way with me). They also had a great selection of nail polish colors and when we ordered the Deluxe Pedicure, we received deluxe treatment including hot stone massage on our calves that was so relaxing! Will cut corners if you let them. I went on my birthday two weeks ago and let him know paid for a $35 pedicure and he only gave me a 10 min massage. Wich is the $25 price. Nails chiped net day after leaving. I got and get the same thing each time and it's always a different price. Read Less

I walked into AM Nails, one morning in November 2016, and was greeted by a friendly staff. I needed a full set of nails. My nail tech was Helen. She did a wonderful job! This place is by FAR the best place I have been to, possibly ever!! The people here were extremely kind and held conversations with us, which was nice! Normally at salons I feel like "just another customer to hurry up and shoo out the door"... but these people made us feel so welcome! They actually took time with their massages on our legs and really dug deep into pressure points. My husband and I got their Delux Spa Pedi, which cost $35 each & it came with scrub, clay, hot t...owels, hot stones, at least 20 minutes of deep massaging and pressure points.. as well as all of normal things such as callus removal, clipping nails.. and then painting. They offered us water, cokes and wine & before leaving they asked us if we wanted to take a few drinks for the road! (As we were going on a longer drive) we are VERY happy customers and will probably make an 1hr+ drive up there on occasion just because of how great these folks are! I got a shellac manicure that was originally supposed to be $25. I got to colors (one and then a different one on my ring finger). The lady asked if I wanted glitter and I said yes. I didn't think I would be charged for glitter, but I was and paid $30. I was fine with it until this week, when all of my nails have pulled up in the corners. It should've lasted me two or three weeks until I got them re done, but no. They're all gone and I am pissed that I wasted $32 ($2.00) for a tip on a set that is now gone. I've been getting my nails done for a long time, since the late 90'S - Christy is one of the best nail techs in my opinion. She is always thorough, efficient and very polite. She has been doing my finger nails since before she took over this nail salon, for over 7 years. I don't have any complaints for her or her staff! She always makes time for everyone. The language barrier isn't an issue for me. I will call same day and schedule a time to come in for full-set, fill, pedicure and she always says yes. Great place and atmosphere, very relaxing. Got pedicure and 1 acrylic overlay on each big toe. After 2 weeks I got a painful greenish black fungus in nail bed I soaked them off. I'm hoping I don't need antibiotces. I will not be returning they are not sanitizing told, tubs, files etc. Read Less

Cindy has always been pleasant to me. She does try to carry on a conversation with me despite limited English knowledge. Jason was always nice too. I've tried other nail salons in the area and I like them the best. They do talk to each other a lot in their native language which makes me a little uncomfortable since I don't know if they are talking about me or not, but Cindy and Jason are good at doing nails. This nails shop is awful services with owner and her daughters,these people will treat customer just like dogs,Girl the one did my nails, she was keep talking in vietnamese with her mom and others, i did a recorded and have it translate by people i working with, and i cant belevie her who got 15$ tips from me and talking shhhi..t about me, that was so stupid of me. Been there last month in a trip visit my famiily  how in the world have this kinds of people services us, we are paying for them to talking shiiii....t behind us. i work with large vietnamese community people and they all disagree these people DO NOT come wherever they are, DO NOT hired them if they looking for jobs someday, that what they need to pay for what treating people wrong. This place is Awful! Worst service I have ever had! They rushed me through to get to the next customer and didnt do a good job. I asked for them to fix the paint because it was really bad... even my friend who was with me complained and said it didnt look good. The guy working was nice and fixed it for me. Later that night it was still wet, why, I do not know? How can it be wet 6-8hours later? It was! Iwas sticky and if you even slightly pushed on it, it would smudge. So of course that night when I slept it rubbed off in my sheets! I couldnt believe it. I called the next day and asked if I could be in later that week to get it fixed and the nice guy said yes that was fine (I have a full time job and I am a mom to a 1yr old) I couldnt drive 30mins OUT OF MY WAY to get there the next day. So 2 days later I went in and of course it was my luck that the guy was not there. So instead the OWNER was there. She refused to fix my paint and claimed it was my fault! She raised her voice and yeld at me infront of everyone, demanding that I pay to have it fixed! Then her employees started to talk about me behind my back and started laughing at me. It was soooooo embarassing! I was humiliated! It was their fault not mine. We are talking about stupid nail polish and how dumb to argue with a customer and belittle them when it was their fault! Not mine! FINALLY after I get upset and stood up for myself while they bullied and harrased me infront of everyone... shes says she will fix it. So the girl who originally painted my nails and rushed through and did a poor job, was the girl to fix my paint! go figure! While I was sitting there with a red face and trembling because I was so upset... I literally started to cry! I mean who wouldnt? I was embarassed and humiliated infront of everyone and honestly I should have walked out and not put up with it! One of the ladies working there looks up sees me crying... and starts laughing loudly! She continued to giggle to herself for 2-3minutes! I am absolutely flabbergasted with how I was treated! I still can not believe it! Please please do not go here! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! These places are a dime a dozen! There is a better one right down the road!
