Horrible, rude staff. RACIST. They racially profiled and harassed me after I was getting pizza at Sandro's. I was sititing in my car waiting for my phone to charge, and a male employee came out and harassed me. He didn't do that to the other customers from sandros who parked in front of the nail salon. Horrible place. I was sitting outside in my green Kia where an male employee harassed and terrorized me. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. NEVER GO HERE. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Waited over an hour to eat my nails dipped and they didn’t even know how to “dip” because he tried to use chemicals that dip doesn’t require. He put shellac top coat on my nails and it peeled right off. He also didn’t even bother on filing my pointer finger to make it straight.. Some of their nail techs are more skilled than others but they went above and beyond to make sure that I had my nails done the way that I wanted them done. More importantly, they were very careful to not file down my nailbed too deep which has been a huge problem for me in other shops. They were very kind and friendly. If you get a pedicure there they go above and beyond with the massage! It made it worth every single penny! The reason I chose to go here is because they open earlier than most other nail places. It's also a lot bigger on the inside than it looks from the store front. They keep red and white boxed wine and water bottles in stock in their fridge too. Completely unprofessional! I called 4 hours earlier to make an appointment. When I arrived (on time) they were not ready for me I waited for twenty minutes before leaving. I have been here 3 times and have never enjoyed my experience. They consistently make you feel like they are rushing to get done with you and are not very friendly. I have not gotten consistent results either. I get dip nails and one time it lasted two weeks with no problem. The reason I am writing this review is because I went in two days ago and got my nails done and they are already chipping (dip is supposed to last up to 3 weeks).It was a different person that did them. It goes to show that only two of the people that work there do an okay job. Once I went with my friend and we got the same type of manicure and they charged us different prices... for the same thing! They charged her 23 and me 28. It didn't make sense. Overall don't go here if you want to be disappointed. Read Less

The service was great and the man who did my nails was so sweet. The staff is friendly and there is a comfortable atmosphere inside. My only complaint is that as far as I could tell, they use the same scrub brushes on customers (presumably they sanitize them in between uses), which I would rather have my own clean brush. Top nails is my favorite place to go in Norman for nails and waxes. Employees are friendly and aren't pushy when it comes to what you want.. every other place I've been to always try to upsell and push other services on you.. not here! Thanks guys for awesome service. Read Less

I have been visiting this place since I have moved in Norman. I tried a few times and I decided to be a loyal customer here. The service was great and they are very honest that they did not try to take out my money. The price is cheaper compare with some places I had been. Last time they hired a new technique that had bad experience did for my nails, it looked awful...and I told them: "she did a bad job, look at my nail, I really don't like it". And they ask another technique to redo for me. After that time, I come back to get a pedicure and fill in, I did not see the lady did for my nails before. I am glad because most of the times it did not happen to me, just her made mad. I told my family that ask them who is a good one here and pick them do for you. Your service will be a lot better!!! This business has changed hands since the negative review on 12/19/12.  This is a GREAT place with super nice people.  The pedicures I get here last super long and are really thorough.  The massage is fantastic.  I can't recommend them enough.  I have also had shellac manicures done here and they do a great job on that as well.I see that there have been two negative reviews since I left this one.  I don't get it.  I'm in there all the time and I see the job they do on feet and hands -- they do a good job and are very sweet people.  The two who left negative reviews on 3/5/15 must have had a bad experience, but I have never seen one.  Even when they are busy they are attentive and do a good job without it taking forever. I went in and asked for the basic pedicure, then received services for the highest pedicure (which was $20 more!). I should have read the brochure, however, I was at lunch and in hurry. Awful service and my nails look awful. They rushed unbelievably fast and the man did not seem nice after I told him I didn't want a full set. I'm a student and I wanted my manicure and pedicure to be relaxing and worth the money, this definitely was not. The sides of my fingers don't have polish, and it looks like only one coat of Polish was applied. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I give Top Nails this 5 star rating because after going to literally what seems ever nail salon in Norman, Top Nails is by far the best salon this side of Oklahoma. Being from Dallas, Texas where expectations are high in customer service and quality of services, Top Nails by far outweighs everyone else in the industry. I have been going to Top Nails for the last 6 years because of the quality of customer service, the huge selection of colors, not to mention the custom designs to make even the pickiest of women(me being one of them), more than satisfied. The techs are very experienced, and the products are the best. I am daily being complimented on the beautiful manicure and pedicures I get at Top Nails. They also provide the best in the removal of those unwanted facial hairs than any other salon I have been too from Oklahoma City to Norman. I rate this salon as the absolute best place to get all your manicure and pedicure needs. Although I have gone when extremely busy I have never felt rushed, or have been dissatisfied on any services that I have received from Top Nails. The atmosphere is relaxing and the very best. Rushed and disappointed.  My sister's nail polish puffed up and flaked off as soon as we left the store.  See picture for the horrible american manicure on her nails.  The nail tech was more concerned about watching the football game on TV than doing our nails.  Luckily the polish change only cost $13 but I guess this is one of those places that you get what you pay for. I went to Top Nail today for a manicure and pedicure with a group of friends. I usually go to a different salon which I love, but a friend booked the appointment with Top Nail so I figured I would give it a try. The staff was very nice but the place is VERY unsanitary. While I was there I witnessed them: not clean the pedicure bowls between clients, use a used towel on two different clients, not wash their hands between clients while they worked back and forth between them, not use a base coat on my toenails, and not clean the manicure tables! Yuck! Imagine what else they do if I witnessed all of this in the one hour I was there?!? I will never go back and I would not suggest anyone to this place... it isn't worth risking a fungal infection. Read Less
