I made an appointment for a pedicure, and I loved it! The salon was clean and quiet, and the employees were sweet. I had then do white tips, which looked great. I don't like to talk much when I'm at the nail salon, and the woman doing my nails didn't press for conversation. Overall, it was very relaxing and comfortable. I've been going to Super Nails for about 5 years and I always have a great experience. My nail tech, Jeanie, is awesome and I've never had any issues with scheduling, with my manicure - I can even pop in days later if I've messed something up and she fixes it. I have been going to this salon for 3 year snow. It is owned by an adorable couple. The husband handles appointments and the wife and the other employees do the hands-on work. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone on the staff is sooo friendly, and really try to get to know you. Even though I don't go all that often, they remember my name, and really try to have a personal connection with all their customers. The only downside is that you really need to schedule in advance. Since they only have a few employees, it's hard for them to fit you in at short notice. However, I absolutely love the fact that it is smaller, I really dislike how large and noisy other salons can be. I don't want to feel like I'm in a factory. Read Less

TERRIBLE customer service. I popped in this past Friday at 2 p.m.for a pedicure. i walked in and was not welcomed by anyone. I stood at the front for a minute and finally a young manicurist rudely said "can you come back, we are busy." There were two workers and two people getting their nails done. Granted they could have had tons of appts booked, but her delivery was so rude. I asked when would be the best time to come back and she looked annoyed and said "just later." thanks but no thanks. I went to the nail place in the mall and had a great experience. I will never go back to Super Nails. Sadly, i chose Super Nails because 2 years ago after I had my baby, i got a gift certificate for Super Nails. I went in and thought it was great. Clearly i must have still had epidural in me because that place has no customer service. Read Less
