I spent over $40 to get my nails done and they started to lift up on the second day of wearing them. I am NOT happy. I literally wasted my money.

I hate to be the kind of person to leave a horrible review on a nail salon that I've been to only once, but I had a truly awful experience here. I walked in after grocery shopping because I had a huge special event coming up, and I had wanted my nails to match the dress I was wearing. This was my first experience at ANY nail salon, by the way. It traumatised me enough to swear off them for at least two years afterwards. I was a pretty bad nail biter, but they were definitely long enough to paint a simple coat of nail polish on. It wouldn't have been that hard. But as soon as the nail tech saw my nails, she insisted that I got an acrylic or gel manicure. I went for gel since it seemed the less damaging route. Firstly, she was so rough with my cuticles and cut me multiple times, ignoring my obvious discomfort. After the gel nails were finished, I was astounded by the terrible thickness of them. They weren't a consistent thickness, but they were all absolutely way too thick. I didn't know this of course since it was my first time at a nail salon and my first time getting gel nails. But even after the disgustingly thick gel, her paint job looked like it had been done by a toddler with no fine motor skills. There was polish on my cuticles and fingers that she didn't bother to clean off. To top this all off, the day after the event --three days after I had gotten the nails done-- one of the tips lifted, and it ripped off my thumb nail slightly past the flesh. I bled absolutely everywhere thanks to her improper job. I will never be returning to this salon.

I came here for a pedicure, because it was a convenient location. That said, the location is inside Wal-Mart -- which should have probably kept me away.Upon entering, it took me a little while to get the attention of the two ladies in the back. I picked out my color (many of the polishes were old and drying out), sat in the chair, and soaked my feet. The water was too warm at first, but the lady did ask me how it was and turned the temperature down. So far so good.Here's where things got wonky. She trimmed my cuticles, and then casually shook the skin clippings off onto the floor. Um....ew? The same thing happened after callus removal. Skin shavings on the floor. Super gross. (I tried to get a picture, but I'm not sure how well it turned out.) She also dropped some tools on the floor, but she washed them in the sink later.Massage involved hot stones (i got the Deluxe Spa pedicure) but it was honestly not very good massage. Scrub was about the same. Oh, and while the lady was working on me, the cheap screen behind her nearly fell over on her head. Not joking.I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 because, despite having crappy polish to work with, she did do a decent job painting my toenails - no unintentional polish on skin or anything.For the rest: hygiene is important people!! I honestly can't recommend this place, because dead skin on the floor is just too much. I'll not be returning.

The WORST nail experience I've ever had. I had a set of solar nails put on and a simple french pedicure during my visit to Regal Nails inside of the Norman Walmart. They buffed my nails so hard that my skin was bleeding AND they had the white tips crooked! Horrible job. And then, during my pedicure, the girl kept complaining about my feet being rough, that I don't come in enough, ""Oh, you painted those yourself? We can tell!"", and other comments which were unnecessary. At least the pedicure looked good in the end, but after that visit, I will never be going back here. I highly recommend that you visit a real salon and just pay the extra $5 per service.

I went in yesterday to just get a FILL on my acrylic nails. As a first time customer I didn't know what I was getting myself into but I really wanted to get my nails filled and didn't know of anywhere...
I went in yesterday to just get a FILL on my acrylic nails. As a first time customer I didn't know what I was getting myself into but I really wanted to get my nails filled and didn't know of anywhere to go since I just moved to Norman. Twice I told the woman how I wanted my tips shorter and twice she ignored me and told me it wouldn't look pretty. She still went ahead against my wishes and did my nails to her preference. I politely asked if she could round the sides out a little bit and she once again ignored me. I still wasn't upset just annoyed. Until she told me the cost. The sign says 25 dollars and up for the most expensive nail treatment. I was charged 36 dollars for a FILL. I didn't even spend 36 dollars to get my nails done initially. A fill is supposed to be less expensive than the original time, but somehow my 25 dollar fill went up to 36. I was so angry that I was forced to pay almost 40 dollars for a fill that I didn't even like. That is ridiculous. If your sign says 25, charge 25. I will never come back to this place.

Staff are friendly and professional. I love my solar nails and pedicure. Been going to this salon for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I hate to be the kind of person to leave a horrible review on a nail salon that I've been to only once, but I had a truly awful experience here. I walked in after grocery shopping because I had a huge special event coming up, and I had wanted my nails to match the dress I was wearing. The WORST nail experience I've ever had. I had a set of solar nails put on and a simple french pedicure during my visit to Regal Nails inside of the Norman Walmart. They buffed my nails so hard that my skin was bleeding AND they had the white tips crooked! Horrible job. And then, during my pedicure, the girl kept complaining about my feet being rough, that I don't come in enough, ""Oh, you painted those yourself? We can tell!"", and other comments which were unnecessary. At least the pedicure looked good in the end, but after that visit, I will never be going back here.
