This was not a good experience at all the work was so sloppy they advertise free hot stone and hot towel but u barely get a massage..had to tell the lady multiple times water was cold....the lady took so long the stones got cold!!! And if you give pedicures u need to be able to paint nails!!! That's why people pay for technique...she couldn't even polish right!!!!! It was just sloppy and what massage?!? I am writing this review from the comfort of my usual salon. I came to Natural Nails to use a gift card that was given to me to use up before it expired (set to expire 6 months after purchase). I wouldn't even give this establishment one star if that was an option. I had less than one minute to choose a color before I was approached (she stood by me hands on her hips and waited for me to pick) and asked to choose so I could go sit. I couldn't choose because most of the bottle...s were of poor quality nail polish or they were clearly old or diluted. Once I picked my colors, the lady chastised me for choosing separate colors for my nails and toes. I ignored this and followed her to the chair. I chose the deluxe pedicure, which include extra massage and hot towels. During the trim she specifically asked me if I wanted my toes trimmed, I replied that I wanted just a little off. Clearly from the picture I will attach, the nails are crookedly trimmed and the other foot (not pictured) the nails are cut too short. She was VERY rough. Although I would visibly flinch she continued at that pace.I was reading on my phone during the pedicure and she was very annoyed I was doing so. I finally put my phone down and she seemed to lighten up. I think she assumed I was videoing or taking pictures, I was just attempting to catch up on some reading. During the massage she massaged my left leg and then proceeded to barely touch the right leg at all. I thought this was strange, but assumed she would come back to it but never did. When she finished she applied the hot towels to my feet. These were so hot one scalded the tops of my toes which can clearly be seen in the picture. I asked her to remove the towel, she finally did (I could feel it burning) and she waited a second and put it back. It was still too hot and I said it was still hot and she just shook her head and dismissed it. I was so frustrated with this and the crappy paint job she did (you can see the polish all on my skin in the picture) I decided to cancel my manicure. She sent me to her manager and told me," You tell her why.". I ended up giving the remainder of my $55 gift certificate away because I will not be back. This place is awful. My friend and I went for mani and pedi. They started us off with the manicure, which is not smart. Our nails are wet and they won't move our stuff and get mad when they have to take our shoes off. How are you suppose to take your shoes off when your nails are wet. Got my nails done for the first time. I walked in with my friends and we were immediately attended. Felt extremely welcomed. The nail stylist took her time but was still extremely quick. My nails feel smooth and looks amazing can't stop looking at them. I will be back for sure! Read Less

If you have yet to have a perfect nail experience, I would highly recommend you take a seat in the salon chair here. The prices are incredibly doable, it's a steal! My pedicure is great! Most salons make you feel rushed and he is always calm and easy to talk to. The staff here takes her time with the massages. The gel manis usually last me for more than 2 weeks. She always does such a beautiful job and is so precise. Read Less

I took my daughter and myself in for pedis. Her lady was great and very nice. Mine never said anything to me. And it was the worst I've ever had. She barely touched my feet . I came home and had to take my metal foot file to my feet to get the dry skin off. I really should have said something . And my massage chair was broke. Went with my daughter. ..after the 3 women had what appeared to be a huge disagreement, in front of us, and could not understand then. They did a very sloppy job. I had a shellac and after telling her NOT to change the shape of my nails, she did and all uneven. And my daughter had acrylics,they were thick and not finished well at all. Read Less
