Horrible horrible horrible... my daughter and two granddaughters were way overcharged with the buy one pedicure get one free and they charged her $25 for painting fingernails and toenails of my 3 year old granddaughter ( was supposed to be a pedicure, wasn’t and didn’t ask for her finger nails to be painted) ... what made it worse was a lady with two girls same ages was not charged for her 4 year old and received the buy one get one free ... If I could rate this ZERO stars I would. I went in about a month ago and got a mani pedi and got my 4 year old daughters nails done as well and we both came down with nail infections. Spoke to holly regarding the matter and was told she had no record of me being there then stated they didn’t even have the color I had on. Maybe a bank statement since I paid with my debit card would convince her otherwise. $80 I spent there that I couldn’t get back plus out of money that I had to spend to take my daughter to her doctor to get antibiotics for her infection. My first visit I made an appointment and waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before I was seated. The person who did nails was very nice and did a good job. I was still able to reach my next destination on time which was beyond my expectation. My 2nd visit I walked in without an appointment. The staff was, again, very friendly and my nails we're finished beautifully; however, I paid the extra cost for a manicure, which only included cleaning my cuticles in addition to my dip powder. For $40 it would have been nice to have either a wax treatment, or a hand massage, maybe cuticle oil or at the very least, the invitation to wash my hands once the clear coat had set. I know it was very busy here, but it is ALWAYS busy here. The staff is very nice and the quality of work is really good, but the level of service doesn't seem to match the pricing scale. Read Less

I had the best customer service i've ever had in a nail salon. She was very patient and detailed doing my nails. I've never had my nails done as great as this place did. FANTASTIC!! My friend and I came for the Buy 1 Get 1 Free pedicure promotion. We called ahead and asked if they were busy, and they said to come in 30 minutes and they would not be. We came 30 minutes later and after 45 minutes of no service, we left. Unbelievable amount of people in line in front of us and no sign of being helped within an hour and a half of showing up. This place was absolutely horrible. First of all when someone goes to get their names done it's sort of expected to care for the nails and the nail beds. Nothing. He literally just slathered the gel on and that was it. Not to mention it is highly overpriced. The guy didn't do a single thing I asked. I went here as a last resort and it was a terrible decision. I wanted my gel removed and a fresh coat put on. After having my hands soak in acetone for over 30 minutes, someone finally comes over to do my manicure. When asked if I wanted to keep my healthy, strong nails long I said yes, yet she cut and filed all my nails off. My nails were also left uneven and damaged. She also cut my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding and sore. The paint job was unimpressive, something I could have done myself. After the story I was told by someone I love of how Kent ( or whatever his name is) laughed at her for trying to tell him what she wanted, and continued to ignore her and laugh at her, and not do what she was asking for, at the point she was tearing up Holly then stepped in, charged her more and told her to ask for her next time. They set me at an extremely dirty table. Had a lady go wash her WET painted nails and then he picked up her stuff moved it over to a different spot and set me where she was at. She complained about her nails and he had already started mine then started to fix hers. Then used the same one use tools on me. Things that are supposed to be thrown away used again on me. Got them done Sunday. They broke off Tuesday. I won’t Be back. On the good side He told me he usually charges for the hearts on one of my fingers but he wasn’t going to because they look awful. I started here when it was Cloud 10. Never was disappointed and then it became Nails by Holly. Only had maybe 3 bad experiences. Holly will always strive to make sure you have a good experience when you visit her business. Do NOT go here!!!!  My daughter is a student at OU and went in for a manicure and pedicure today. They are awful people. The grown man giving my daughter's friend's nails called my daughter FAT. I don't know about you, but I go get my nails done to feel good about myself. What grown man makes a 19 year old cry and feel bad about herself!?! She was so embarrassed and distraught. This place should be ashamed of themselves! On a side note my daughter went in to have her nails dipped and she sent me a picture. Hardly any color choices. I went there for the first time last week. The owner Holly was super nice but the male that did my nails did a horrible job. By the next day I had two of my nails have chipped paint and then on day two there were two more that broke. I was going to go back to have them fixed but decided I just won't return there. I absolutely love this salon! I was incredibly busy today and a couple of meetings ran later than expected. I called at 7:10 PM to ask if they could fit me in for an appointment. Even though they close at 7:30 PM, Holly stayed until 8:40 PM and gave me the perfect full set manicure. I'm in Air Force ROTC, so she made them as natural-looking as possible, per my request. They are exactly what I envisioned - rounded, not too long, not too thick, perfectly even, and she also applied two coats of color instead of three so it wouldn't be too dark. She spent a lot of time adjusting small details on my nail shapes, so it would be perfect, even though she stayed over an hour past their closing time.She takes great pride in her work, as she should because she has excellent attention-to-detail. Along with her fantastic work ethic, she is very engaging in conversation and genuinely loves her job. It was a joy to have my nails done by her tonight.Tomorrow is my four year anniversary with my boyfriend, and this was a small treat to myself (I never get a full set). Holly made me feel so special by taking time from her day to make sure my nails looked the best they could. I very much enjoyed my experience here. It was a professional place that made me feel welcome. My 4 year old was a typical kid but they never seems bothered by her. I only had one complaint and that was when they were trimming around my toes they were not gentle. I am in quite a bit of pain today (the day after) and my toe is pretty swollen.
