I just had the best pedicure/foot massage I have ever had. I got the deluxe pedicure and the woman put a lot of effort in to it. It was lovely and I will absolutely be going back. I also loved how sanitary the place seemed to be. They use new plastic bags in the bowl after each pedicure and the tools are assumably sanitized after each use because they come out of a sealed bag when they use them on you. Terrible. So painful, and not very nice. I wanted acyrilic French tips, they pushed for solar and I got tired of arguing and they turned out terrible. Uneven, and sharp when I wanted rounded square. They reuse their tools, cuticle clippers still had skin from another person. I do not recommend at all. Read Less

Horrible experience. I went in today to get a gel polish change. The technician doing my nails was more interested in talking/socializing with the other employees than doing my nails. She filed my nails crooked and did not remove the previous polish well so the new polish was not smooth. Just a mess! I requested for them to be redone and by another technician. The second technician seemed to do an alright job but after a few hours I noticed the nail polish bubbling. I have been getting gel for a very long time and have never experienced this. Yes the nail salon looks appealing to the eye but the service is subpar. Total waste of time and money. Techs need to be trained on how to properly apply gel polish. Read Less

My friend and I came at 7pm. They took us in only to find out afterwards that it was their closing time. Consequently, the job has been rushed and not well-done. The nail polish is scratched, uneven and is not shinny. I got to get it fixed now which is a waste of time and money. This was the third time I went. It was fine the first two times but I won't come back. They made me paid for removing the polish which they never did before. Also, I got a student discount 3 weeks ago, they refused to give it to me this time even if I showed my student id, which is dishonest. I am disappointed. I brought a friend with me, which was an additional client for them but I guess we will bring our business somewhere else. Read Less

I took my little Journey in to get her first pedicure at 1 and a half years old and we both really enjoyed it! She had Tammy and I had Hannah and they treated us so well and made us feel welcome and comfortable! My shilac nails and toes looked GREAT! And for as much as my little one wiggled her toes, they looked fantastic as well! Really recommend this place if you need a relaxing pedicure/manicure! Read Less
