I went here to get eyelash extensions and the lady did a horrible job. I kept telling her that one piece didn't feel like it was on very good, she kept telling me "no because it's my 1st time they feel funny" she honestly seemed irritated to even be bothered by doing them. I was also told that they would stay on for 3-4 weeks. Well after about 3 hrs. Pieces started coming off. Didn't even last 5 days, I called and told her I wasn't happy or satisfied with the work she had done and she simply told me to wash my eyelashes with warm baby oil.... said "ok" and hung up on me! Terrible experience, now half of my real lashes are gone I would not recommend them to anyone.... I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to in order to leave this feedback!! Read Less

I have to agree with the other reviews. I have been here twice, the second time to give the benefit of the doubt.The techs are too rough. The first time my cuticles were torn, bleeding and sore for days. The pedicure left a lot to be desired in terms of not softening my heels at all, which is the main reason why I get them.I'd gotten a gel mani / pedi last time so when I went back to have the color removed instead of soaking she used a sander to take off the color but sanded my nail too thin so now my nail bed is red and sore. After that experience I told her I changed my mind on having her put gel on again and chose a regular polish. Her application of it was awful so instead of waiting for it to dry I told her to just take it off.I left and while running errands I noticed my heels hadn't even been softened, so I went back and told her that is abnormal for a pedicure. She offered to fix it and put on new color right then and tried to sell me a $25 lotion for my feet. She soaked and scrubbed my feet which is what should have been done the first time and I selected a "no fail" glittery polish so I could leave with some color on my nails.While I was at the drying station I saw cockroaches running around on the floor in front of the spa chairs. Amazing salon!! Jessica has done my nails and pedicures for years, and is a sweet, talented nail tech. This is a new location, and all the ladies are professional and go above and beyond doing everything possible to please you. They make sure that you are satisfied with the results before you leave the salon. The pedicure chairs are the newest, most comfortable chairs around. The chair massage is to die for! They use to best, top-of-the-line products, and I've never had any problems with my nails or pedicure because the work is expertly done!! I will never go back to this place again! I have severe cuts on my cuticles, my feet and hands! She used the sponge dry to scrub my toe bottoms and the top of the toes. They used an electric file on my bare toenails. When I said she was hurting me because she had filed my nail too thin she said it was because I have thick toenails. I cut my nails all the time by myself. I do not have thick toenails and if I did then it wouldn't have hurt when she used the electric file (which she shouldn't have been using anyway). Then she used one of those cheese grater looking things and she cut the side of my foot because of her aggressive and haphazard ...use (picture below). Then she cut my cuticles and for some reason cut part of my nail out of my nail bed. Now it is swollen, irritated and painful. I am extremely concerned about infection because they do not have plastic liners on the pedicure bathtubs and she did not pull the tools from a sanitized package. I had also asked for a fill on my acrylic nails. Instead of using a clear acrylic overlay she used gel nail polish to seal them. I've been to this salon twice for two different services. My first was acrylic nail removal, and the eldest lady literally ripped about 1/4 of my real nail off because she was prying my nails off. And after I started bleeding she stuck my hand in acetone to soak the nail off and got mad because I was obviously saying no, it burns! She handed me off to another lady who grinder down the artificial nail enough to put a new set on. My second experience was an eyebrow wax. Although the wax was decent, I was asked at least 5 times if I also wanted a pedicure. I kept saying no; I didn't have time that's why I only wanted a wax. Upon finishing, she never gave me a mirror to see it, and when I asked for one before I paid, then saw some out of place hairs, she was very snarky with whatever she said and seemed as if she didn't want to fix her mistake of missing a group of hair. I have been going here for years and been through 3 owners.   Unfortunately the newest owners came in and redid the decor and added services but the quality of service is bad.  They are trying hard to make this a fancy spa device with hot towels on your neck and fancy pedicure services but the nail services are horrible.  I have been getting solar nails for 20 years and this is the FIRST time it was ever done this bad.  The tech (owner) tried to do a Christmas theme on my nails and it was down so badly I actually painted over it the next day.   That wasn't the worst part.  After less than 2 weeks the nails popped off like Lee Press On Nails!!!  Normally when taking off false nails like these you have to soak them off and also file off bits and pieces but it came off in a single piece without leaving anything on my nail bed.  I wasn't trying to take them off they literally fell off while I was at a Thunder game and clapped my hands and came back with a nail in my palm!Previously I would have always recommended this place but now after 12 years of getting my nails here I will NOT be going back. The name is misleading, I would not call this place "expert." They score 5 stars on the oversized pedicure massage chairs, but after getting my toes and nails done, I won't be returning.They were busy, so all the nail techs were rushing through my friends and I. I started with a pedicure then got gel on my nails. The pedicure went well until I realized what a horrible paint job she did. I can paint my nails better than that. They had great gel colors to choose from, but this was without a doubt the worst gel I've ever gotten. It's streaky and has a matte finish to it because the lady didn't let the top coat dry enough. My other friend got a mani pedi but was done a solid 45 minutes after me. Her nail tech moved at snail speed, so slow one of the guys noticed and jumped in to finish the job. I hate to rap on local businesses but they need to amp up their efficiency and quality. $50 wasted I'm afraid. Read Less
