If I could give this place zero stars due to the professionalism I would. I don't speak Vietnamese or Chinese or Japanese or whatever it is that they were speaking but as I was getting my nails done I heard a group of girls that work there laughing together loud and annoyingly and when I looked up they were all looking at me... They immediately looked away and proceeded to speak in their native tongue. I've always been an insecure individual and heard about nail salons being catty and involve the women bad mouthing the people they are servicing.  Like I said I'm not fluent in the -ese's but I can read body language. The next time you want to bad mouth somebody please try to be more discreet.  Also as the service price ascended your talent rate descended... This was the first nail salon where I got my nails "dipped", instead of shellac-ed or gel-ed. After that experience, I was sold on getting them dipped.for.life. The dip itself was sturdy enough that it didn't chip or wear off loooong past the point when I should have had them redone (I was seriously probably two weeks overdue)...lol. Unfortunately, the last time I went in I had a completely different experience. After only two days, they started chipping; not just on the ends, but also near the cuticles (hence the four stars, as opposed to five). It's possible the tech was new to the process and is still working out the kinks. :-) The staff is always extremely friendly, they seem to remember you (even if you've only been in a handful of times), and manicures are given in massage chairs, instead of straight-backed chair at a lame table. I'm a big fan of the ladies at Epik Nail Salon and will definitely be returning...most likely today. Read Less

My 1st time here and I will be back. I got the Herbal Pedicure and my feet feel soooo soft. My skin is glowing and the staff was soo sweet. Worth every penny. They give you a lot for what you pay. The hot rocks were my favorite!! Read Less

Had a great experience at Epik. I was greeted promptly and asked what services I was looking to have done. I picked my colors and had two techs helping me; one for my hands and one for my feet. They offered additional services but didn't push them. My nails still look wonderful 3 weeks later. Not only will I come back I will also be telling others about this place as well. Read Less

I throughly enjoyed my time here. I was greeted promptly and asked what I needed. I picked out my nail colors while they got my pedicure water ready. I hand my hands and feet worked on at the same time. The two techs were friendly and offered additional services but didn't pressure you to accept them. My experience was fantastic and I plan on making this my usual nail salon. It's been 3 weeks and my nails still look great. Wonderful place, great people, and a job well done. Read Less

I wanted a basic manicure and pedicure. The lady said the deluxe would cost the same, but she later charged me 15 dollars more for throwing salt on my legs. when I questioned the price, she didn't even respond. There's nothing worse than a dishonest business. Read Less

I was referred here by a friend, who had gotten a shellac manicure here and was very satisfied with the job done, so I thought this was going to be a great manicure. When I walked in, they asked me about 5 times if I wanted a regular manicure or a gel manicure...like they didn't understand I wanted a REGULAR manicure. I picked my color and was shown to a chair. A girl sat down and started got me water to soak my fingers in...this was COLD water people...aren't you supposed to use warm water to soften cuticles? Whatever...anyway, she started working on my nails, and after the girl filed my nails, she just got up and started doing some other girl's pedicure and never said anything to me.Then when I finally flagged someone down to be like, hey, is she coming back, they told me that she was helping someone else who had an appointment. WTF...I was ok, but like don't just get up and walk away, like tell me what's going on.Then some other girl came to give me a manicure, didn't speak a word of english, refiled everything, so now my nails are SUPER short...and she cut my cuticles 3 times, like seriously, they did not need to be cut 3 times! The only nice part about the manicure was the wax or paraffin treatment that you got after the filing/cuticle cutting, but before the polish. The paint job was pretty abysmal too...nail polish all over my cuticles and all over my fingers. I could have definitely done a better job by myself at home. Read Less

I want to say with the new trend of getting gel manicures I tried one place and it came off in two days. My friend recommended Epik Nails and it has been a week and they still loom great... Everyone is friendly and the place is clean.. It's a must go and get pampered like a gueen or king oh yes guys do grace the doors and besides who doesn't enjoy a well groomed man!!! Read Less

After reading reviews, I decided to try Epik during my lunch hour. And WOW... what a wonderful lunch hour it was! I had a deluxe pedicure and it was perfect! The place was extremely friendly, clean & peaceful. The massage chair were very new & felt fantastic. I didn't have to wait in line and I definitely didn't feel like I was just another customer. My feet look & feel incredible. I definitely will be making a lunch hour pedicure at Epik a weekly habit!! Read Less

Epik nails had a wonderful advertising idea by sending grand opening postcards to various addresses. it worked for me. i keep my finger nails and toe nails beautiful and i was in search for a great salon that i can visit often and thats not to far from my house. when i walked into epik nails, i was in awe. it looked like a mini resort and you can actually understand thier speach of the asian ladies. they where very polite. They have relaxing music playing, they offer you a cold drink or hot coffee along with a chocolate truffle or cupcake. the chairs are relaxing and my nails looked excellant! this is my favorite nail shop now. upscale exprience for a reasonable price.
