My husband and I have been twice. Both time we've had good service. I had the deluxe pedicure and so did my husband. They took there time and massaged our legs for a decent amount of time. Only giving it a one star because it's the lowest rating. I got eye lash extensions here today. One on one. Such a horrible job. I paid $105. They are hard and hurts so bad when I blink my eyes or close them. I can't even lay down and sleep because they are hurting. I now have to pay someone else to get these ones removed and hope to God there wasn't much damage. I also forgot to mention that she glued some of my top and bottom lashes together. And she cut my bottom lashes. A clean straight cut. Worst experience of my life. I will be demanding my money back tomorrow when they open. Read Less

Really disappointed, I got a mani/pedi on Saturday afternoon they were packed and I sat for twenty minutes just waiting for someone to even start my pedicure, the lady rushed the pedicure and didn't do a good job, then came the manicure I thought for it taking almost a whole house that my nails would look decent silly me. The nails are crooked and don't cover my whole finger nail, the powder is lumpy, just very sloppy! And the grand total for the crappy work was $50, not to pricy but for what you get definitely over charging, and in the middle of my manicure he had me pay and started getting an attitude because I didn't tip, why would I tip for no conversation and horrible work? I do not recommend Luxury Nails. My nails were so bad when I left. I ask the lady to fix them and she said its just how your nails are... Well I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs and I am cosmetologist. I told her it was not my nail. And shejust gives me a hateful look and she was done with me. Well I go home and and sleep on it and decide to go back the next day and talk to the manager and he was the woman's husband and was quite rude himself. I showed him how the white doesn't come all the way over to the side and how lumpy they were and how awful thick they were and all different lengths and all he could say was they look fine and he wouldn't fix them.
